Eren's POV:

An intense pain coming from the back of my head woke me up. It felt as if a titan had slammed me into a building.

The only thing I could remember was riding through the forest. The entire Survery Corps was training for a supplies run that was going to happen in a few days. We had all been divided into teams and Hange was our leader. She was really excited that I was with her. I remember her telling me that if we ran into any trouble, I could turn into a titan. But she made everyone promise never to tell Levi that she had said that.

Our team was assigned to ride on the front left flank. Everything was going perfectly until I heard a gunshot behind me. I looked back to see if something had happened, but nothing did. It turned out that Armin had accidentally fired off one of his flare guns. Not thinking much more about it, I turned around and focused on the path ahead. Right after I turned to face the front, I heard someone yell out, "Eren!"

Everything following that... is a mystery to me.

Opening my eyes, I saw nothing but pitch black. At first I thought I was dead, but then my head started to hurt some more. Adding on to that, I felt a sharp pain in my ankle.

The thing is, you don't feel pain in Heaven.

A few feet away I could hear water dripping onto the ground, but I heard nothing else. It was cold and empty wherever I was. Squinting my eyes, I could make out a few certain shapes. There was a table off in the distance but I couldn't tell if anything was on it. To the left of the table, there was a chair. It sort of seemed like an interrogation room. Lifting my head up, I could tell that something was around my neck. I moved my hands up and felt a leather collar wrapped loosely around me. There was a chain connected to it that was probably hooked onto the floor or wall.

Trying to bear the pain, I stood up and pulled on the chain.

To my surprise, it was only about four feet long and wasn't connected to anything. I tried to find a way of freeing myself from the collar, but found all of my struggles to be useless. Letting out a sigh, I felt a shiver run throughout my body.

"It's chilly in here," I muttered to myself.

Limping foreword, I put my hands out in front of me to make sure that I didn't run into any unsuspecting obstacles. One second later I felt a wall. It was cold to the touch and made of stone just like the floor. As I walked alongside it, I ran my hand over something wooden.

"Please be a door," I prayed.

Feeling up and down, I found a handle.

I tried turning it, but was out of luck. The door was locked from the outside.

Banging on the door I called out, "Hello! Is anybody there?"

I waited for a reply, but no one answered. For the moment it seemed like I was all alone.

By now, my eyes had adjusted to the darkness. I turned around and carefully made my way to the table. There was nothing on it except for a bit of dust. Pulling the chair towards me, I sat down and rubbed my sore head.

All my clothes were on including my jacket, but I still felt cold. During the short time I had been awake, it seemed like the room temperature had dropped by ten degrees. I crossed my legs and folded my arms in an attempt to warm myself up.

As I sat there, I tried to think of different scenarios as to why I ended up in this mysterious room, but none of them seemed very likely. After a few minutes of thinking, my mind wandered to my comrades... my friends. If I was here, then where were they?

Suddenly my train of thought was interrupted by voices off in the distance. As they got closer, I could hear two men talking about me. One sounded about twenty and the other one sounded way older, maybe in his late forties or early fifties. But that didn't really matter at the moment. Right now I need to focus on getting out of here.

Placing my hand on the dusty table, I braced myself and stood up. I quickly hopped over to the door and stood by the side of it. As the voices got closer, I heard the older man call the younger one Kieran... not a name I've ever heard before. They stopped on the other side and went quiet, then I heard the door unlock. It swung open and torchlight from outside shown in. A big figure walked in and on impulse, I jumped on him. The force nocked him onto floor, so I started to punch the hell out of his face. Before I could get in any real damage, the other man pulled me off of him. I was about to spin around and lay one on him but he stopped me. He grabbed the back of my neck and pressed his fingers down hard.

My head felt very light and black dots suddenly clouded my vision. As soon as that happened, I passed out.

A/N:

Hello everybody! I will be writing this story alongside my oneshots. This was going to be a oneshot, but I thought it would be fun to turn it into a longer story. The next chapter will come out next week, and hopefully I will have another oneshot out this weekend. I hope you enjoy reading! Thanks! ^_^
