Levi's POV:

Hange looked up at me and smiled.

"Soooo," she said slyly, "are you going to tell me?"

I lifted my hand off of the desk and walked around to were she was sitting. I looked her in the eyes and smiled.

"Just come and see," I said.

I winked at her then walked out the door. I didn't have to turn around to know that she was following me. Her footsteps were loud enough. It sounded like an elephant was walking behind me.

"I can tell that you're excited," I remarked.

"Yes!" she exclaimed, "I just want Eren to go back to his normal self."

As she said that last part, I could hear her voice drop. I turned around to see that her usual happy expression had disappeared. I faintly smiled and reassured that her that everything would work out. Right as I turned back around, I noticed Armin and Mikasa walking towards us.

When they got closer, I said, "You two should come with us."

They both gave us worried looks.

Arming asked, "Is there something wrong? Is it Eren?"

"It is about Eren," I replied, "but nothing is wrong."

Their looks of worry disappeared and were replaced by curiosity.

"So what is it?" Mikasa asked.

"Come and see," I Insisted.

Hange and I started walking again and they eagerly followed.

Behind me I could hear Armin asking Hange a whole bunch of questions. She didn't any of the answers so she just kept on saying that she didn't know.

We soon made our way to the stairs that led to the dungeon.

"Our solution is down there," I said pointing at the stairs.

"That's where Kieran is," said Mikasa coldly.

"Exactly," I said as I began my decent,  "if you don't want to come, then you don't have to."

"We're coming," said Armin."

All four of us walked down the stairs and made our way to the dungeon. As we neared the cell where Kieran was locked up in, Hange grabbed my arm.

"So," she whispered, "he's still alive right?"

I rolled my eyes and sighed, "Yes."

We soon approached the cell and everybody got a good view of Kieran. He was laying down on the bed and facing the wall. He had removed his shirt and was showing his bloody back.

Mikasa let out a small gasp and walked up to the cell. She grabbed the bars and just started at him.

"I thought you would have killed him by now," she said with surprise in her voice.

"I thought about it," I replied.

I nodded at the guards then took the ring of keys out of my back pocket. I inserted them into the lock and opened the cell door. Right as I stepped in, Kieran sat up and looked at me.

"Back fer more?" he asked sarcastically.

"No," I said, "you're coming with us."

I looked at Freudenberg and ushered for him to come in. He grabbed a pair of handcuffs out of his pocket and walked over to Kieran. He yanked his arms forward and slapped the cuffs on his wrists.
