"All men are not created equal."
This was, is, a fact all Britannia children learn from a young age. Artimisia, or Missy as her family and loved ones called her, knew this more so than most of her siblings. She knew this from the very beginning. Even now, at the age of five she knew this. So in hopes of survival, she threw herself into her studies. But luck, life, the very gods, seemed to be on her side. For she was born with photographic memory. So, she always remembered. She was one of the smartest amongst her siblings. Despite this she never really took advantage of this.
In fact, Artemisia always strived for love and kindness. Showing gentleness and love to everyone. From royals, her family, civilians, and even to criminals. She loved so deeply that her people, royals, and civilians adored her. She was honestly the most adored amongst her siblings. Yet she never took this to her advantage. Instead she loved and adored them all in return. Though, only a small handful, only two people actually, knew what this beloved princess was truly like behind closed doorsPrincess Artemisia Vi Britannia, at the age of five, currently sat in her art studio. Full to the brim with music, panting, and drawings. She's always had a patron for art and nature. In fact, if one could not find one Princess Artemisia, all you needed to look was either in her art studio, in the gardens, in the stables, or where her two full siblings were. For Princess Artemisia loved and cared for no one more than she loved her full brother and sister, Lelouch and Nannally. In fact, truth be told Artemisia couldn't stand most her half siblings. Sighing, the third Princess stood from her seat. Not even glancing at her painting as she whipped the paint from her fingers. Walking to her balcony and smiling outside at her half siblings and full siblings. Love filling her chest.
A few years later, at the age of seven and a half, Artemisia stood in the gardens beside her twin brother. Watching with a small gently smile as he played Chess, one of her a.l time favorite games really, against one of their elder brother, Shneizeul. One of the brothers she couldn't stand really. He was he of her brother that sent off red flag warning on her mind. Beside her stood her other brother, Clovis. Who wasn't all that interested in Chess or anything their father expected of them. Unlike Artemisia who strived to make, and do everything her mother and father asked of her. All she wanted was for them to be proud and d love her. Behind the duo who watched Lelouch and Shneizeul play chess was their eldest brother. First Princess Odysseus, who placed on hand on either of their shoulders.
Slowly her gaze moved from Chess piece to Chess piece. Shaking her head as she sighed, seconds later Lelouch lost. Looking up, she looked at Second Prince Shneizeul. "Brother Zeul." She smiled that fake soft smile that she used for the public and the siblings she couldn't stand. Placing a hand on her chest. "Can I possibly have try against you?" She used her nickname for him, after all. She gave a nickname to all her other siblings, and if she's to keep up this... facade? She must have one for him as well. Right.
"Oh, uh..." Odysseus glanced at Schnizuel then Artemisia. "I do—" Before he could finish, Schnizuel spoke.
"I don't see why not. Come Missy, let's have a round." He smiled that cocky smile he always wore, she couldn't wait to humble him. So moving, she took Lelouch's seat, and played against her brother. She won, over, and over, and over, and over again. Shocking her brothers for she won with ease every single time. After a bit, when she grew bored of this. She smiled at her twin.
"I'm bored, common Lulu, let's go find Nally!" Seizing her twins hand. He looked exactly like her, the only difference being black her faded to purple hair and gender. Seizing his hand, the duo ran off. Looking for their sister. Leaving behind three very shell shocked brothers as Lelouch simply laughed as he ran beside his sister.
