"Come on! You can't tell me you've never even been to a frat party?!" Brendon said looking shocked at his younger half brother Damien. "Nope, I just kept to myself. Not like I needed more of a reason to" he replied. "That's fair. College is weird man". "You never stayed long, the fuck you mean", Damien said driving a little faster. "Yeah, because mom and dad thought they had a lawyer in their hands, not a fa-" "Hey, no degrading" Damien said. Brendon looked a little defeated. The brothers lived together in 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house they saved up for. Their mother was a teacher at a high school close to their hometown while Damien's father was a technician. They wanted a better life for the boys and were often harder on them than they should have been. Brendon's father left when he was very young and he was raised by Damien's father since the pair were not that far apart in age. Regardless, Damien always supported Brendon.

Tonight was both the anniversary of Brendon's coming out as a trans man and Damien's last day of college.
The two had planned a little trip to a place that suited them both; a strip club. Brendon wanted to get Damien to be a little more social, and, Brendon didn't want to be alone on his adventure. Naturally, Damien was no stranger to Brendon's little schemes, although this time he didn't mind it. He loved the thought of a nice whiskey in his hand while watching his brother attempt to drink himself into a black out.

Although Brendon was older, Damien was the first to drink. He gained a pretty high tolerance for whiskey, nevertheless it was still had favorite. Brendon however, had never been drunk. Sure he had a drink here and there but never anything too crazy. As the pair arrived and Damien parked, he stopped. "Are you sure this is the place you wanted to go?" he asks, double checking his brothers comfort level with the clearly over the top club. "Yeah! I picked it out last night on the way home from work! I learned that it's cheaper for a private dance here that anywhere else in the city" he responded, elbowing Damien in the ribs.

It was no secret; Damien was a loner. But with this comes another hiccup for tonight. He was also a virgin. The last girlfriend he had was Nina in Junior year of high school. She cheated on him with the captain of the football team. Ever since then it seemed as though Damien had no interest in the concept of dating. Which is perfectly fine if not for the fact that deep down, Damien didn't want to be known as a loner. He craved the life he had before the split. He tried talking to a girl in a bar before, sure. But it never felt as filling as it was to hold her hand and take her somewhere nicer.

The two hopped out of the car and walked into the building. "Sin city" was written in neon red lights above them.
Walking in, the bar was to the left of them. Brendon ran towards it with Damien slowly following behind. "Can I have a beer please!" He asks excitedly to the bartender. He slides the excited boy over a beer with a wink. "OH MY GOD DAMIEN!!" Brendon looks around to see Damien with his signature drink in hand. He takes a long dramatic gulp before responding "Sup?" "HE WINKED AT ME" "It's his job to be charismatic dumbass" "STILL! THIS IS SO EXCITING!" He yelled over the Britney playing in the background.

Brendon keeps talking to the bartender while Damien looks around. "So pretty baby, what's your name and pronouns?" The bartender asks Brendon while sliding over another drink. He takes a drink before giving his name and asking them for theirs in return. "I'm Oscar, they and them please love. I've worked here for about 3 years and I've never seen you come in before. New around here?" "Nah" Brendon answers. "The dude at the end of the bar with the black hair is my brother. We're both celebrating tonight with a night out". He places a tip in the jar before getting another drink. "Might I ask for the occasion?" Oscar says while grabbing a shot for him and Brendon. "Tonight's the anniversary of my coming out. I'm Transgender" he says looking over to see where his brother went. "My bro just got outta college" "Ah wonderful, what did he major in?" "Psychology. He's so smart. I could never" he says taking his shot.

While Brendon and Oscar chat, the announcement that the next dance is going to start plays. "Oh yeah, you did say the one with the long black hair is your brother, yes?" "Yuppers" Brendon looks around to see Damien sitting in the back row ready to watch the show. "Oh jeez" Brendon turns back to Oscar. "I think I have to go watch him now. May I uh, if it isn't to forward—"

"No no no, don't even worry about it." Oscar takes out a card and writes his number down. "I get outta here around 10 if you'd like to chat again." "Oh, uh, thank you! I'll uh, be right over there". Brendon excused himself to check on Damien. "BRO I GOT A CUTE GUY'S NUMBER!!" "The bartender? Pffft yeah right". Brendon sinks down in his seat and began to put the number in his phone. Damien wouldn't admit it but he was kinda excited to see how this would play out. Brendon did mention that private dances were cheaper here than other places in town... before they left for the club, Damien went to the bank and got a couple hundred dollars out just incase. The dancers come out, one in particular catches Damien's eye.

She was a short girl, although the platforms made her seems taller. Next to the other few on stage you could still see she was noticeably smaller. She had short brown hair with pink highlights. She wore a white corset covered in small red hearts. She had red angel wings on and a white halo above her. She looked absolutely gorgeous to Damien. Another girl caught his attention as well. He leaned over to Brendon. "That one, the one in blue. She reminds me of someone... she looks a bit like your friend Ashley". "Pffft, now you've got jokes. That's not Ashley. She would have told me if she worked here". Brendon lifted up his half of their best friend necklace. "What best friend lives a secret double life?" "What's my middle name again?" Damien asks. "Uhhh...." "That's what I thought". "Isn't it... Patrick?" "Yeah" "SEE! I do know you bro!" He responds, hitting him on the back softly.

Damien looks back up to the stage. The girls took their starting positions as the intercom announced each dancer. The one in the blue cloud outfit was named Sky. The one with red wings was called Angel. "She sure looks like one" Damien thought to himself. When the music started, Damien kept his eyes glued on her. After a few minutes, he could tell something was off. Her movements were a little behind the music. As the song continued, she seemed a bit dazed. Angel climbed off the pole slowly and walked closely to the edge of the stage. She looked up and locked eyes with Damien from the back of the room. As her vision fades, she slips and falls off the stage. "ANGEL?! OH MY GOD"
