Starla smirked as she scrunched up a piece of parchment and threw it across the room where Pansy was sitting, hitting her spot in the chest.
Pansy looked up slowly and mouthed, 'What the fuck?'
'Open it.'
Pansy rolled her eyes before unwrapping the paper.
Do you want to hang out with me after class ;) <3
Pansy looked up at Starla with an incredulous expression on her face.
'So?'
Pansy rolled her eyes again before closing them, shaking her head, opening them and mouthing, 'Fine.'
Starla made an ecstatic expression and gave Pansy a vigorous thumbs up.
Pansy scratched her chin, looking at a the girl across the room warningly. She pointed a bit at the space behind Starla. Starla made a confused expression and Pansy started pointing more aggressively.
Starla turned around and was met with her greasy head of house.
"Ms. Black."
"Hello professor! How's your day been?" she smiled charmingly like she always did.
"Dismal at best," he answered dully.
Starla heard Pansy snort.
"Oh... I'm so sorry to hear that sir," she said with a frown, attempting to fight a smirk.
"It would be better, however, if you were to pay attention Ms. Black," he put emphasis on the two words.
"Of course, sir," she smiled again.
He walked away, cloak swooshing behind him.
Starla looked up from her notes after a few moments to see Pansy on the verge of tears. She shook her head and glared at her friend.
'All your fault!' she mouthed.
Pansy looked at her with exasperation and made an obscene hand gesture.
Starla looked scandalized.
"Ms. Parkinson and Ms. Black! Focus!" Snape shouted.
"Sorry sir," they both said before focusing on their work once again.
Theodore, Blaise and Draco were looking back and fourth between the two girls. Daphne had her whole attention on her roll of parchment.
Blaise ripped a piece of parchment, scribbled something down on it and threw it at Pansy. Pansy was not having it. She had been attacked twice during those ten minutes. She glared at the boy, opening the note under the table so the professor wouldn't notice.
Why aren't you including us? :(
She rolled her eyes at them before returning to her work.
Blaise threw a note at Starla, who flinched at the contact. She'd been so invested in the Wolfsbane Potion. She looked at trio of boys incredulously before opening the note under the table.
Why didn't you include us? Pansy's a bitch.
Starla blinked at them before scribbling something of her own on the piece.
You're a bitch. That's why we didn't invite you :)
She threw it over to their table.
They stared at her, scandalized. Theodore wrote something down and Blaise chuckled but Draco glared at him after he was done, burnt the paper and ripped off a new piece from his roll. Theodore and Blaise were still chuckling. Starla looked at them in confusion which made them chuckle even more. Draco threw the ball at Starla. She glared at them before opening it.
