*In Aegon's Garden*

Eddard can be seen planting a Weirwood tree with Midnight behind him

After finishing that, he walks to the Great Hall. Once inside, he sees Vhaela sitting at the table already eating breakfast

"Good morning." Eddard calls out to her.

This makes Vhaela turn around to look him

"Good morning to you too." she says back. "Where were you?" she asks him.

"I was planting a Weirwood tree in the gardens. To make it feel a bit more like my home at Winterfell." Eddard explains.

"That's nice." she comments. "We should make some other changes here as well." Vhaela suggests.

"We're not changing the architecture of House Targaryen ancestral's seat. I just added something to it." he informs her. "Is there something bothering you here?" he asks in confusion.

"No no no. The sounds of the ocean reminds me of home. But it is quite dark inside. There are barely any windows." Vhaela admits.

"Very well. I'll ask the servants to put more candles in every room and other dark places around here." Eddard says to her.

"Thank you." Vhaela replies gratefully.

Eddard sits down next to her as he starts to eat breakfast as well. Midnight lays down next to him and Eddard gives him some slabs of meat to eat

"So, how's Melusine?" he asks her.

"She's still getting used to the fact that she's living somewhere else now. Also, I think she has a crush on Frostfyre." Vhaela replies.

"Really?" Eddard asks her shocked. "I guess he might look intimidating to other dragons." he states.

"He is. I think that makes her shy around him, but like in a cute way." Vhaela tells him.

"Perhaps. It's a possibility." Eddard theorizes.

"Could you help me for our dragons to getting along?" Vhaela asks him. "Because technically, they're married too in some way." she informs him.

"Sure I could do that. We should take more flights together with our dragons, so they can get used to each other's presence. That should cure Melusine's shyness." Eddard hypothesizes.

"That's a good idea. Thanks, Ned." Vhaela compliments and responds gratefully.

The married couple is happy to have one another. They're lucky to have a partner who respects and understands the other's feelings & wants

"So, are you ever going to introduce me to your lover?" Eddard suddenly asks her.

"Oh, um... how did you..." Vhaela stammers shocked and confused.

"You need not to worry, Vhaela. I'm as understanding and accepting as you are of me." Eddard reassures her.

This causes her to smile as she looks away blushing

"Her name's Maya." Vhaela reveals.

"And?" Eddard questions wanting to know more.

"She's an excellent fighter, horse rider and archer." Vhaela explains. "She's way better than me." she states.

"Hmm, interesting." Eddard responds. "Do you love her?" he asks her.

"I do." Vhaela admits.

"I'm happy for you, Vhaela." Eddard tells her.
