Getting out of the Infirmary

Luna woke up the next day in the infirmary, she was in a lot of pain and didn't know where she was at first till, she looked next to her to see her brother sleeping holding her hand.

"Remus." Luna said slightly shaking her brother's hand to wake him. Remus looked up at his little sister and immediately got up to gently hug his little sister.

"Thank god you woke up." Remus said as he let go to look at Luna.

" What happened?" Luna asked. 

"Malfoy cursed you. Madame Pomfrey has been trying to figure out what spell he used." Remus said. 

" Malfoy didn't tell her what spell he used?" Luna asked confused.

"He said he forgot." Remus growled out between clenched teeth. Luna rolled her eyes at the stupidity of the older Slytherin boy.

"When can I leave?" Luna asked.

"You have to stay here for two days dear just so I can make sure you're ok. I will allow you to go with your brother for meals, but you will have to return after to make sure you don't overwhelm yourself." Madame Pomfrey said to the young girl.

"Thank you, Madame Pomfrey, can we go get some breakfast now?" Luna asked.

"Drink this then you may go get some breakfast." Madame Pomfrey said handing the girl a potion for pain. Luna drank it then got up with the help of Remus. The two then walked down to the dining area meeting up with their friends. All the Gryffindors surrounded the girls to see if she was ok. Luna reassured all her peers she was ok and that she would be out of the infirmary in two days. The children then settled down and ate some breakfast.

"That was wicked you attacking snivellus." Sirius said proudly toward the youngest of the group. Luna smiled.

"He deserved it for what he said about my brother." Luna said grabbing her brothers hand smiling at him. Remus smiled back squeezing her hand in return. The kids then started talking about classes the remainder of breakfast. After they were thru eating, they all walked Luna back to the infirmary before going to class themselves. Luna drank another potion Madame Pomfrey handed her when she got back, she then laid down to take a nap before lunch. When lunch rolled around Remus and Sirius came up to get Luna, they walked in and saw her sleeping. Madame Pomfrey said to just bring lunch up for her and let her sleep so her body could heal faster. The boys ate then came back with a tray for Luna who just started waking up. James and Lily joined the small group until they had to get back to classes. The group said goodbye to Luna and went to class. Luna sat reading a book her brother had brought her so she wouldn't be bored. This continued the same way the next day. Finally, after three days in the infirmary Luna was released being told to take it easy and come back if there was any trouble. As it was late in the day the small Gryffindor girl went to her common room to be with her friends before they went to bed. The group stayed up all night as it was a Friday, and they didn't have classes the next day. Lily and Remus helped Luna catch up on the work she missed then the children went to bed. Lily helped Luna up the stairs, so she didn't get hurt again. The kids spent the whole weekend talking about their revenge prank on the Slytherins for hurting Luna. Luna appreciated them all for getting revenge for her and thought the prank was really funny and wanted to join in the next prank. Luna told the group how Narcissa and Andromeda helped take care of her when Madame Pomfrey couldn't and how they apologized for not doing anything to stop her from getting hurt.

Author note: Going to do a time skip to next year when regulus is added, and Bellatrix would graduate. Don't worry even thou she is no longer at Hogwarts she is still going to be in the story.
