Let's make a Deal

OK here is the second chapter of Extreme Collision, hope everyone enjoys it. 

Midoriya, what do you mean you are moving?" Iida asked as the small friend group stood together in front of their school, they had one week left of a summer job training program that paid you to take half a day of school and the other half at a job you picked from a list. It was set up to give work experience to middle and high schoolers, and you got class credits for the class you took. Izuku had been participating in this program since seventh grade, he planned on graduating a year early with all the credits he was gathering. Now that they are moving he is not sure he will still get to, not knowing if his new school will have the same program.

The shorter of the two boys explained. "My dad got a job with a different team."

The taller teen turned to face him. "What, I never thought he would leave, Power Blitz."

Izuku kicked a rock as he went on "Well, he did. He took a job working for my Godfather. Toshinori and Chaotic Dynamite."

"Wow, they are an amazing team and they are all around our age." The only girl in the group chimed in. 

"You mean they are a team full of cheaters." Came the voices of Larry, and Robby the younger brothers of Tyler and Gabby, two of Izuku's team mates from Power Blitz. "So, it's true you and your dad are bailing?" Smirking they both said "I guess Kyle was right.'

Glaring at them Izuku asked "What's that supposed to mean?"

"You're really going to stand there and act like you don't know. Kyle said you couldn't handle the fact he got a girlfriend and that you are making up lies about him because you're jealous. Your dad found out you have a thing for him and is moving you away because of it."

"Those are all lies," Izuku snapped.

"He said you would say that." Larry smirked

"I'm sure he did." Green eyes glare at the two boys.

"Well what's your side of things?" Robby asked, trying to get Izuku to talk about it.

Larry laughed. "Everyone knows you like dick Midoriya." he called after him.

Izuku just kept walking as he heard his own voice in his head. That asshole, of course he would say something like that, he'll keep the truth locked away as long as he can.

"Midoriya," he could hear his friends calling him but he kept walking. Rumors spread like wildfire, by the end of the school day Izuku was getting strange looks from his classmates and people whispered in groups as he walked by. He thought I just wanted to go home, can this week be over already?

This is the big day, Aizawa is supposed to be presented to the team but first, Toshinori is holding a competition at the training arena for his team. Five up and coming mechanics have shown up for this competition. "Step forward when I call your name, first we have Hitoshi Shinso, Mie Hatsume, Kelly Williams, Yosetsu Awase, and Hiryu Rin." He hasn't told anyone yet that he will be choosing two new mechanics today. They will be interns to his three master mechanics that have been there for ten plus years, and were not mixed up in the scandal that fell over them.

Everyone piled in and was allowed to pick a bike so there couldn't be any accusations of favoritism. "Ladies and Gentlemen there are five bikes here, your task is to find out why the bike in front of you is not running and make it run. You have three hours to get your bike running. With that said, get your tools and GO!"
