Niall ❁

I arrived in our flat, dropped my bags on the floor, and quickly went to my bedroom to sleep. I opened the door, ran to my bed, and closed my eyes. I was trying to fall asleep but I couldn't, maybe it's because I slept for 12 hours, for short, the whole flight. I looked for my bag and it hit me, it was downstairs, I dropped it on purpose. I groaned and went downstairs to grab my backpack, passed by our kitchen, grabbed a bottle of coke.

I grabbed my MacBook Pro and placed it on my desk. I turned it on, got my backpack, and looked for the letter I read earlier (or yesterday). Minutes later, I finally saw it from the box that I received earlier. I unfolded it and read it again. I sat on my chair and searched Wattpad on Google.

Of course, I have a wattpad account; I secretly have an account, but I only made it a week ago. I logged in my account and searched "Evie girlalmightea". I saw one with a cover of me smiling up to my cheek. Okay, to be honest, I look highly attractive in that photo.

I started to read the description, the story is about a guy, me, met a girl with cancer, her name is Evie, and wrote a book about her. After I read the description, I knew that the story would be good and tear-jerker. I started to read the story, the writer's skills is on point like she writes like John Green or J.K. Rowling. I think she's an actual author.

In this book, I'm a writer slash journalist. So I write. Basically. I've always wanted to be one. I mean, in real life. I've wanted to be an author like John Green or J.K. Rowling. They're the bomb.

It's literally 6 in the morning, and I'm in chapter 53. I cried 10 times already, wasted 2 box of tissues, and now, I have cough and cold. I've been reading the story for 9 hours already. I can't believe it, I just spent 9 hours reading instead of sleeping.

Hashtag: life goal

I'm in the part when Evie told Niall, I mean, me, that she's going to die. Her hair is falling apart. She's dying. She's going to die someday so he should leave her alone because he might get hurt.

This is why I spent 9 hours reading. The book is beautifully and wonderfully written, I don't know why does this book only have 10 million reads. It deserves more reads and become a legit book like After by Anna Todd, which I've never read, but I won't because Harry is dark in that fanfic, and I believe, even he's dark (af), he wouldn't do that. I know it's a fanfic but why would make a good guy bad? People started to think that, Harry's like that, like Christian Grey.

I should stop talking about that book, After stans will might hate me.

I heard a knock from my door, maybe it's Greg, he texted me earlier. Greg is my older brother, anyways, I stood up and opened the door, it was him.

But it wasn't only him.

She was with a girl (AN: pic at the top or side), who I haven't meet before, I looked at her, I know that she's dying inside. I looked at Greg and asked, "Who's she?"

"Your niece."

"What? Since when?!" I asked as my jaw dropped, I have a niece? Sure, Theo is my nephew but I've never had a niece before. I waved at her and gave her the best smile I could do. Well, I was tired from reading, though.

She took out her hand and I took out mine, I shook her hand and said, "Isn't she too old to be my niece?" She rolled her eyes and said, "Dude, I'm only 16!"

"Oh sorry, my bad-"

"So, this is Justine Urie, we adopted her yesterday." Greg interrupted as he put an arm around her and kissed the top of her head, "I'm going to leave her here for an hour, I'll buy some food and stuff. Take care."
