4 months later,
Bucky and Monroe were headed to James Sr's house for Christmas, her junior year had started and she was becoming more open and smiling alot more.
They arrived, and he introduced her to his family. Winnie smiled when she seen her laughing and playing some of his nieces and nephews.
"She is getting better." Winnie said to Bucky.
He smiled, "Yes she is. More and more everyday." He said
Winnie went to join her, "What are you doing to her? Your mama told me how she was at the beginning." James said
"Showing her love, affection and the right kind of attention." Bucky said
"That's my boy." James said as he squeezed his shoulder.
"You are the reason I became a teacher dad. You inspired me by how you make difference in the world by being a lawyer that I decided to become a teacher and coach to do the same." He said
"I'm proud of you son." James said
"Thanks dad." He said as he went to join the family singing Christmas carols.
