Chapter 6 ~ Video Games

Hi lovelies <3 I'm finally back! I'm back and ready to publish regularly again. As you may remember I was making my year 12 formal outfit which was very stressful but I just managed to finish it, so yeah. If you'd like to see the finished product let me know and I'll show it in my next chapter.

I've also been in a shit mental state so I haven't been motivated to write but I'm feeling better now.

She came in with tears in her eyes.

"WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?!" she screamed at me with her tears now streaming down her face. "DO HAVE ANY IDEA HOW THIS COULD AFFECT ME?!" obviously she didn't give a shit that we were in the library and I don't think the librarian did either.

'what the fuck is this girl even talking about. I don't talk to anyone but her.'

"Marinette what are you talking about?" I stayed calm so I wouldn't escalate the situation.

"The thing everyone is gossiping about!" she took a deep breath trying to calm herself down.

'oh that. Clearly she doesn't know what they're gossiping about'

"I can guarantee you Marinette that they are not talking about what you think they are" she then gave me a confused look so I explained it to her "do you remember how I saved you yesterday from falling down the stairs?" she nodded, so I continued "someone took a photo of it and sent it to some people and now everyone thinks you're my girlfriend"

She sighed and then looked disgusted "I think that might be worse than if you had told everyone my secret" she chuckled slightly

"trust me I'm not to thrilled about it either" I said rolling my eyes. She gave me a slightly offended look.

'at least she's feeling better'

"well you need to fix this" she said while leaving.

Before I could say anything, she had left. But I did what she said, it took a little while but soon all the pictures were gone.

Adrien made me come hang out with his friends, since they were all at his place. I'm surprised uncle actually allowed for that to happen.

The guys were; Nino (his best friend), Ivan, Kim, Nathaniel and this guy who wasn't from our school Luka. Apparently, Luka used to go to our school but then got accepted to a school for music or something, I wasn't listening properly. Luka seemed like a pretty chill and nice guy but something about him seemed really off. I decided to ignore it because even though Adrien is quite oblivious he's actually quite a good judge of character, so I trusted him.

Before we continue I would just like to say that I have no clue what dudes do when they hangout so please don't judge me and if you know feel free to let me know so I don't make a complete fool of myself. Nor do I know the way they talk to each other. Thank you for understanding my dilemma.

Hanging out with them was definitely not my idea of fun so I just tried to make the best of it.

We started playing some video games and even though I rarely play them I was completely thrashing them. The only time I would ever play was if Everly forced me to.

"Fuck dude, you need to play against Marinette"Nino said, I was confused as to why he would say that, he noticed my confusedface and began to explain, "No one has beaten Marinette, ever. Not even if youdistract her and no one comes close."
