It was around six thirty when the two men started getting ready. "Help me with this deviled thing!" Sanji demanded as he turned his back to Zoro. Zoro simply took the laces of the corset and gently pulled until he couldn't anymore. "C'mon darling, be rough with me." Sanji said in a sarcastic tone. "You asked for it." Zoro smirked and harshly pulled on the strings, making the corset tighter and making Sanji yelp in surprise. "A little warning next time!" He scolded as Zoro tied the laces into a bow. "I thought you wanted me to be rough? Don't tell me my beautiful wife wants me to be gentle with her?" Zoro joked, and Sanji stamped on his foot. "Jesus, at least take me out to dinner first, god." The caused Zoro to chuckle as he watched the blond walk away.

Zoro scowled as he examined his partner. "Quit scowling at me!" Sanji snapped and nervously fixed his skirt. Zoro grabbed his hands and forced them away from the almost wrinkled skirt. "You're going to wrinkle it. Relax, you look good." The blond's ears slowly became a warm red. "Don't say things like that." Sanji looked away, but his face was gently guided back to Zoro. "Am I not allowed to compliment my partner?" Zoro looked in those beautiful greyish blue eyes. "You should show your other eye more often. They are beautiful." With that, Sanji backed away from his partner. "We should get going." He swiftly left the home. "Oi, you forgot the baked goods!" Zoro called out. When he got no response, he simply grabbed them and followed after the blond.

The front of their neighbors house looked much the same as their own. Red brick and white shutters. The only difference was that the door was a deep maroon, rather than dark stained oak. Sanji briskly knocked on the colored door. Almost immediately, it opened to reveal a tall woman with long black hair. "You must be the neighbors. Please come in." The woman had a slight Russian accent. "Thank you for inviting us. I made these to show our gratitude." Sanji gestured to the covered plate of baked goods. "Oh, you didn't have to, but thank you. Tony will certainly enjoy them." The woman gladly took the burden from Zoro's hands. "My name is Robin. My husband will be with us shortly. His name is Franky, and you already know Tony." Robin introduced herself and family as she led the two into the living room. "I'm Zoro and this is my wife, Sanji." Zoro introduced himself and his partner. "Pleasure to meet you both. Please, make yourself at home. I have to finish up a few things in the kitchen before we can eat." Sanji heard the word 'kitchen', and his eyes lit up. "Would you care for some help?" He asked, and Zoro rolled his eyes. "You just want to see the condition of their kitchen, don't you." Sanji glared at his partner and sighed. "No, I genuinely wish to help." He huffed, this caused Zoro to chuckle a little bit. "If you say so." He walked past the two and sat down on the couch.

A few minutes had passed since the two newcomers had entered the home. Both men never let their guard down. It was a habit due to their line of work. Tony sat next to Zoro on the couch in a nervous silence. "I don't bite you know." Zoro told the little boy, startling him. "Sorry." The boy seemed to shrink into himself and avoid eye contact. "I'm home my super family!" A loud voice boomed from the front door. This caused Tony to light up and rush to the door. "Daddy!" He jumped up onto a tall, bulky man with bright blue hair that stood tall. "How is my little doctor doing!" The man embraced the little boy. "I'm good! I invited the neighbors like you told me to. They are both here!" Tony happily told his father. "Suuuuperrrr!" The man exclaimed and let his child down. He then sauntered into the living room to find a green haired stranger. "You must be one of our neighbors. The name's Franky, nice to meet you!" Franky held out a huge hand for Zoro to shake. Zoro took the offered hand and was surprised by the grip strength this man had. "You've got a firm shake there." Zoro commented, and this caused Franky to laugh. "Franky, go get cleaned up, please." Robin called from the kitchen. "Yes ma'am!" With that, Franky rushed upstairs.

In the kitchen, Sanji was chopping vegetables. He listened closely as Zoro tried to comfort the little boy. "Bullshit, he does bite." He mumbled, and this caused Robin to giggle. "Franky bites as well. He is notorious for biting people." This caused Sanji to simply stare in disbelief. "I suddenly don't feel safe." He told the elegant woman. She laughed and brushed his comment off. "You have nothing to worry about." Suddenly, it grew loud in the living room. "And the man of the hour is home." Robin walked out of the kitchen to talk to her husband. Zoro managed to slip in, and he leaned against the counter behind the blond. "He's energetic to say the least." Was all he said. "I've been told he bites." Sanji replied and that caused Zoro to snort. "I told the kid I don't bite, only to find out his father does." Chuckled the greenette. "Oi, Marimo! I distinctly remember you biting someone in our earlier years of service." Sanji lightly kicked his partner's shin. "That was self-defense. My hands and legs were bound." Zoro defended and moved his leg out of the way a little too late. Robin returned with a smile on her face. "Franky will join us in a few minutes. Please relax, I can take over." She took the knife from Sanji and urged the two out.

Now both Zoro and Sanji were on the couch with Tony. It was a nervous silence yet again. "So your dad said something about you being a doctor?" Zoro asked, trying to make small talk. Tony nodded his head and smiled at the two. "I'm studying to be one. My grandma, Doctorine, is teaching me. So is her husband. They are both doctors!" The little boy seemed to radiate joy. "We know a doctor. He's a very successful surgeon." Sanji informed the little boy. "That's so cool! What do you do for work?" Both men stiffened at that question. "I'm a sous chef, and my dear husband was in the military." Sanji calmly replied. "Whoa! Is that how you got that scar over your eye?" The questions just continued to flow. "Yeah." Zoro replied. He didn't want to talk about his scars, but he also didn't want to make the child sad. "Chopper, don't pester them with too many questions." Robin swooped in with the save. "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to annoy you." Tony seemed to deflate. "It's fine, honey. Children are curious creatures by nature." Sanji reassured the little boy with a sweet smile. Franky came running down the stairs. He wore shorts and a nice button-up shirt and tie. The tie was a little wonky. Robin sighed and fixed it with ease. "Shall we eat?" She turned to the two guests and they both nodded.

The food was good, but Zoro found it kind of lacking. He had gotten so used to Sanji's cooking that he couldn't eat any other food and think it was amazing. "That was delightful, thank you Robin." Sanji politely told the woman. "I'm glad you like it. So where are you two from?" The two men looked at each other and Zoro sighed. "America, but Sanji is originally from France. I'm Japanese American." Zoro explained. "How delightful! Franky is from America. I'm originally from the mother land." Robin explained. "What prompted you two to come live in Sunnyvale?" Zoro asked, and Sanji moved his foot towards his. That was a small sign that told Zoro that Sanji felt like he needed to smoke soon. "It's a quiet town, and it seemed like the perfect place to raise Chopper." Robin gently patted the boy's head. "And it is super pretty!" Franky added. "What about you two?" He then asked. "Had to get this lug away from the city, and frankly away from the country." Sanji leaned into Zoro's shoulder with a smile. "Oh that's the reason now? I thought it was because you wanted to be closer to France, but not in france." Zoro countered with a devilish smirk. This caused Sanji to stamp on his foot. "Behave!" He harshly whispered. Franky was laughing at this interaction. "Well, whatever the reason is, it's good to have some nice neighbors." Robin smiled sweetly at the two. "Yes it is." Sanji said with a smile. He started to fidget with his hands. "Well, it's getting late. We should head and let little Tony get to bed. It was a pleasure meeting you, and thank you for the meal." Zoro said, and Sanji silently thanked him. "Of course! Please, if you ever need anything don't hesitate to ask us." Robin got up to walk her guests out. "Thank you, the same goes for you. Have a good night." Sanji told her, and the duo left the home to go to theirs.
