How the hell did I end up being a part of a secret search team which included Xavier, Wednesday, Enid, Ajax, some short kid who keeps making bee jokes, and myself, to find the one person I hoped I'd never see again? Well, let's go back to where it started...

"Why do you look like that? We're we interrupting something?" a voice who I only assume to be Xavier, asks Ajax who just stands there speechless as he stares at Enid.

I get off my bed and walk behind Ajax and push the door open more so they can see me. "Maybe you are. What's up?" I ask them which only causes them to exchange looks to each other before looking back at me and Ajax. "What?" I ask

"Nothing, ignore us. Wait, no don't actually ignore us. We think he's back." Enid says as she does he whole hand gesture thing that I've learned is common for her to do when she's nervous.
But I'm still not quite okay with her since she never explained her breakup to Ajax.

"Who's back?" I ask as I glance between the three people.

"Tyler Galpin." Wednesday says, and to that I nearly fainted.

"Are you being serious?" I ask nervously

"Dead serious. I saw Hyde tracks infront of my art shed today. And after Raphael's death that had similar marks to a Hyde. We can only assume that it is indeed Tyler" Xavier explains

"Plus we never did get confirmation that Tyler was locked up and secured" Wednesday points out with an eerie look on her face.

"So what exactly do we do?" Ajax asks

"We look for him, we need to find him, before he finds us, or whatever, whoever he's looking for" Wednesday said, she specifically looks at me when she says 'whoever' which can only lead me to assume that she had another vision. But this one included me and Tyler.

Just when I thought I'd catch a break. I hadn't entirely thought about him since I burned that fucking shirt, now here I am.

"Where do we start looking?" Ajax asks

"Where else other than his old mancave and his house." Xavier shrugs

"Why would he go back to his house if he knows his dad would just send him away again?" Ajax asks

"Maybe he killed his dad and took the house over" Wednesday states

"We'd know, it'd be all over the newspapers and stuff by now" Enid says

"So would him not being locked up" Xavier rolls his eyes

"Listen, you all are wrong. He wouldn't be in a cave or at home. And he sure as hell wouldn't kill he last living family member" I finally say

"Why do you say that? How would you even know?" Xavier looks at me suspiciously

"Because, as much as he didn't like his dad he still loved him enough to keep him alive as a Hyde and as a human. And Tyler would be in plain sight yet hidden enough to not stir up any problems."

"So where exactly do you think he'd be?" Wednesday asks

"Where he's been hiding this whole time, Weathervane. And once night hits he hides in the woods, in a specific spot only few know. If we go looking in those two places we are guaranteed to find him. If he isn't there, you guys might just be wrong about him being back and we could have a second Hyde on our hands"

"You sure know a lot about this guy" Enid looks at me genuinely surprised

"When you know a guy for a few years, you learn some things. Let's meet out at the gate at midnight, we'll search the spot in the woods tonight, and search Weathervane tomorrow. We could split into two groups and search two different areas of the woods to get a full sweep of any Hyde prints tonight as well" I say as I look between the four people who all stood speechless at my leadership

"Alright, sounds good. Let's all go to our rooms and prepare for tonight" Xavier said and walked away, Enid and Wednesday about to head off too before I stopped Enid.

"Hey Enid? You mind coming here for a second?" I ask her

She glanced at Wednesday who only nodded and continued walking away. "Sure" Enid smiles as she steps into the room, me closing the door behind her.

"Please, take a seat on my bed, just not on my guitar" I gesture to my bed as she takes a seat, Ajax taking a seat on his own bed as I lean against the desk looking between the two.

"So, you wanna elaborate this whole breakup thing with Ajax here? I'm sure you meant well, but you left him with no information. Not telling him if it was something he did, if it was something you did. He got nothing. And I'd like you to talk to him about all this. I don't need tonight being awkward because of this, so please just talk. I'll step out of the room" I sigh as I push off the desk and walk towards the door leaving and taking a seat against the wall outside my room.

"You get kicked out or something?" A voice says and I look up to see Xavier

"Nah, I'm making Ajax and Enid talk. I thought you were getting ready for tonight?" I question him as he takes a seat across from me

"I was going to, but then I had a serious urge to just not" He chuckles lightly, which makes me smile slightly "So... you and Ajax?" He asks

"You and Bianca?" I ask back

"Oh no, definitely not. We were talking about this one guy she likes, Lucas. He's a normie" he laughs

"I think I've seen him around, he's the past mayors son right?"

"That'd be him. Him and his friends sprinkled red paint on us at the Rave'N dance. It was interesting to say the least" He smiled

"I heard about that, I wish I had been there for that"

"Maybe they'll pull it again at the next Rave'N." Xavier says

"I doubt it, who pulls the same prank twice?"

"Good point"

Just then the door to my room opened, Enid coming out and Ajax standing in the doorway looking like a weight had been lifted off of his shoulders.

"Everything good now between you two?" I stand up and glance between them both

"Yeah, she explained everything" Ajax says relieved

"Good, I'm glad everything's cleared up" I look at Enid then Xavier. "See you both tonight" I smile at them both, as they say their farewells and head to their own rooms as I walk back into my own.

"So, are we gonna talk about earlier?" Ajax asks after closing our door, causing me to freeze.
