Thanks to @mozonne's comment I just realised I've been bad at explaining what Wrath even is. :)

Wrath is the type of outcast Aiyla and her older brother Bahadir are. It's almost like a second personality within Aiyla and Bahadir and they have to constantly fight for control.

Wrath is fueled by rage and bloodlust, and is most potent when they are angry. However, when they do let Wrath take over, they almost have no control over what they're doing - they essentially 'black out' but they're still aqare of their actions, and can still fight for control.

Wrath is dangerous as fuck because when it takes over, Aiyla and Bahadir essentially become insane killing machines, who can't stop killing people.

It's one of the reasons why those who have Wrath are banned from entering Nevermore Academy. Which means Aiyla and Bahadir technically attended in secret.

When Wrath takes over, there are no physical changes to the body, except for increased strength, pain-tolerance, speed, agility - on the outside they don't really look any different. No shape-shifting occurs.

So yeah. Aiyla and her older brother are crazy murderers.
