A/N: Hello my fellow readers! Happy Holidays! I'm currently on my winter break from college! I'm publishing this the day before Christmas Day as an early Christmas present from me to you! This is when Harry, Ron, and Y/N celebrate Christmas at Hogwarts since Ron's parents Mr. and Mrs. Weasley are traveling to Romania to visit their second oldest son, Charlie Weasley who works with dragons. Y/N helps Professor Flitwick with decorating the Christmas trees in the Great Hall while Ron and Harry play wizard chess. Harry and Ron are trying to learn more about who Nicholas Flamel is. Y/N already knows who he is but won't do anything because she has more important things to worry about. They all open their presents and spend time together. What gifts did Y/N receive from her family, friends, and the staff of Hogwarts minus Professor Quirrell for Christmas? Hagrid is outside dragging a large tree from outside and into the Great Hall. Within the Great Hall, students are either leaving for winter break or staying behind at Hogwarts because their parents or guardians can't come to pick them up and the ghosts are singing Christmas songs. Y/N is helping Professor Flitwick decorate the Christmas trees while listening to muggle Christmas music because she loves helping others and seeing the smiles on their faces. Hermione walks into the Great Hall, wheeling a cart, and approaches the empty Gryffindor table where Ron and Harry are sitting playing wizard chess.

It's currently several days before Christmas and I'm helping Professor Flitwick decorate the Christmas trees because he asked me to help him. We both are listening to muggle Christmas music while decorating the trees. I noticed that Ron and Harry are playing wizard chess at the mostly empty Gryffindor table. Once I finish helping him, I'm going to wrap the rest of my Christmas presents and hide them in one of the drawers under my bed until it's the right time to place them under the Christmas tree or have them delivered. I already have Hermione's present wrapped because she told me that she is going home to her parents today. When I have my presents delivered home to the palace, I'll make sure that one of our maids or house elves knows to put them under the Christmas tree late on the night of Christmas Eve when my family is already asleep so my parents and my brother don't find their gifts. Professor Flitwick said to me, "Y/N, I can handle the rest of the Christmas tree decorating on my own. I'm sure you have more important things that you should be doing like wrapping your Christmas presents for your friends and family." I said, "Yeah! It's best to get that done so I can have it delivered or placed under the Christmas tree in the Gryffindor Common Room on the night of Christmas Eve. I can't wait to see my friends' reactions to their presents Christmas morning. I'll see you later, Professor Flitwick!" He smiled at me and said, "Bye, Y/N! Thank you for being so helpful! I really appreciate it!" I smiled at him before walking over to Harry and Ron.
