"What do you want? She's not here." Jaime turns her back immediately as she sees Yansen on the front door. Yansen enters herself following Jaime, avoiding her with a little anger she felt.
"No, I just checked up here on you," she replied, looking around.
"I'm good, and the baby..." Jaime replied, continuing walking.
"She loves you." Yansen said that she is staring at an old grandfather clock beside the staircases, looking at hypnotized motion as it is.
"What?" Jaime faces confusion.
"I've never seen that from her, the excitement on her face mentioning your name and the baby. I've never seen that when we were together in years," Yansen continues, still staring at the grandfather clock.
"I didn't do anything..." Jaime walks closer to her and gains her attention.
"She sees something in you that I never saw her the way... the way she stared at you, those eyes, and her smiles are more than enough words that speak to you."
"I may be her wife, but Tara's heart belongs to my cousin," Yansen added, adding the jealousy on her shows as she speaks.
"The joy when she mentioned your baby... glad I wish I did the way you did, but I can't. I cannot commit to Fergusons..Jaime."
"Why is that?" Jaime's eyes leveled her cousin.
"Maybe I'm kind of a woman who parties a lot. I'm not that kind of partner who can come home or wifey material, as the norms say."
"Gave her a chance, Jaime. This is her second life that she fought for. Tara almost rose from the dead, but she survived just for you to think she didn't know you were pregnant."
"Wait, why are you all saying this?" Jaime takes a glimpse away, putting more confusion in the back of her mind, trying to get Yansen with her words.
"I admit, Jaime, Tara is more happier to you, no insecurities, and I mean it. I am not a good wife to her. I am aware of it; I just used Tara for fame and fortune, "Yansen continues confessing.
"Well, everyone is like that, speaking of Ferguson's, and oh, you forgot to mention including in bed." Jaime rolls her eyes by crossing her arms on her chest.
"Yes, I forced her to attend some orgy parties, which led to scandals associated with her name, and the Fergusons sued that press who produced the images of us attending an orgy party." Yansen was trying to get Jaime's skin deeper, waiting to see how she handled the truth.
"Months that we haven't talked since that incident," she added, caressing the surface of the old, shiny clock.
"We are married, but I am sleeping around with other people in her absence, and she knows it. Tara decided to stop making love with me, so there were multiple affairs. I had these addictions of threesomes, wine, and orgy parties exclusives, including drugs. I kept it that way to have more fun to spend my life like that."
"Wait, why are you all telling me this?"
"She can't confess to you because I know she can't bear enough of the truth telling her life with me. She protects you, and I never see that from her. The way she treated you made me more jealous, but no one has to blame Jaime. I really broke her soul, but you fixed it to be a whole new person that almost I didn't recognize at all." Yansen had a piercing gaze towards Jaime.
"The lifestyle I had with her is lavish. Every night we attend parties with different kinds of people, and I force her to do things on close doors with me and her plus the other people I had with, and that part she didn't agree to, and it ticks me off. I let her do things that she didn't want to."
