At first, Add thought he was dreaming. The peace he felt was surreal, reminding him of when his mother did this same thing when he was still a child. That was why when he did wake up, Add didn't dare move. He kept his eyes closed knowing that it was (y/n) who ran her fingers through his hair. She said something to Dynamo who luckily hadn't betrayed Add's current status of being awake. He considered the chance that Dynamo was no longer synchronized with him in the same way they once were, but he didn't think about it too much.

Add had no clue how much time had passed, but the air felt cooler. It must have been dark outside. Stella told them about how chilly it got at night in comparison to the daytime heat.

"Um, Add if you don't mind, it's getting a little too cold. I just need to grab a blanket."

His eyes shot open. "You knew I was awake??"

(Y/n) slowly lifted her hand away from his hair. "Your dynamos turned back on by themselves."

"You have got to be kidding me!!" He would have to impliment a setting to prevent this type of thing from happening again in the future. "Fine, get your blanket. I was getting up anyway." He avoided eye contact and brought the treacherous devices over to him to power them down. In a way, since Dynamo's original chip was the one currently running the weapon's system, it had still been Dynamo that betrayed him afterall.

"Are you feeling any better? Dynamo told me that you overloaded yourself."

If he was being honest with himself, he still felt the affects of the stunt he pulled off. He had been well aware that his dynamos couldn't handle that type of output for very long, so he used himself as a medium. It was the only way to achieve the results he needed. At least while he was laying down, he had been able to push the slight pain aside. "I'm already well over it," he answered. Dynamo wasn't letting him off that easily.

"My analysis shows that your vitals are subpar by at least thirteen percent," the small nasod revealed. "If you attempt to perform any actions that require the use of high voltages, you will risk damaging your implant. Further time to recuperate will be necessary to heal this potential damage. Since you are human rather than nasod, the repairs will be made on their own."

"I know, I know." Add waved his hand at Dynamo who had been floating nearby.

"Another fifteen hours is recommended for full recovery," Dynamo continued. Add was glad that the health check was working properly but Add did not miss the nasod's nagging.

"I'll take that as a no then," (y/n) noted. She climbed onto the bed with the blanket she had acquired and claimed the side facing the wall. "Sounds like you'll be out of commission for half the day tomorrow. I know you'll get back to work as soon as that time has passed though."

"He said no high voltage. Doesn't mean I can't work," Add reiterated. "I'm about to go ahead and start my investigation right now." He ignored the disappointed sigh that (y/n) let free. "Dynamo, the chip that you're currently operating on is from a nasod that attacked me. I was able to encrypt it enough to allow it to function as your motherboard, but the details of that other nasod are still locked behind a code that I don't recognize. I need you to decode it form me while I run an analysis the information that I have."

"Do you want me to help you?" (y/n) offered.

"Hm? Go ahead. Just don't touch anything that I don't hand to you." Add scattered the remaining parts across the floor as he waited for her to come back and sit next to him. Then, he displayed the purple tinted holograms of information across the room for her to view as well. "Those nasods appeared to be new models which should be impossible since nasods are practically an extinct race. No one in this era should even know what a nasod is, myself and you being exceptions. In my era, an organization called Nasod Ruler sought to destroy all traces of nasods. Based on what I now know, they succeeded."
