But while the now-revealed knight was distracted, a mysterious figure also approached the fortress. From a long distance, it looked like a devil; a black, light absorbent menacing figure that approached the fort. As the figure got closer, the forest's colors died down, and the birds and butterflies that inhabited the place seemed to be gone. It was as if the forest was slowly losing its life.
The figure was finally recognizable: a dark knight mounting a horse with black armor. He wore a mask that rendered his face unrecognizable and was covered by a hooded black robe with an armored chest plate beneath it. He also used black gauntlets and boots. The black knight ported a modified Rapier with a gold hilt and a thicker blade.
As he got closer, the sound his horse made became louder. The white knight had not realized that the black knight was getting close yet. When he finally heard the steps, it was too late. The black knight had arrived at the fortress. And just like he did, the mysterious knight commanded the horse to go back from where it came from. Unlike the white knight, this menacing individual seemed furious. The way he moved did not seem to imply calmness, it was actually the opposite; it looked like he was looking for a fight, or perhaps, revenge.
