Retiring a love is so emptying.
Everyday living is a constant reminder of what we lost and what we experienced, and the state we are in now.
Wearing my favorite sweatshirt makes me feel guilty because of the bitter-sweet memories we've attached to it.
Wearing cherry chapstick is no longer so innocent anymore.
Wearing my favorite shoes is no longer a thing I can do comfortably.
Like my shoes, sweatshirt, and chapstick, you are a part of my everyday.
Your soft skin, lips, and eyes will forever be burned into the depths of my brain and soul.
