"em, come on the flight departs in two hours and it's a long drive," indie yelled from her window.

suddenly Emily walked out the door with her pajamas on and a big frown on her face.

"I can't go,"

this made indie mad. they've been planning for such a long time.

"why is it that every time we make plans to see each other you want out,"
indie yelled.

"I don't feel good," Emily said before going back into her house.
indie started at the door in disbelief before getting into the car and speeding down the drive way and far away from Emily.

Emily watched from the window.

she didn't feel sick. at least not physically.

she decided that she needed some cheering up. sure she felt bad for leaving her friend to travel by herself but it was because she didn't want to leave her dying father alone. he had no one. everyone has left him why they heard about his addiction.

so she called up Calum, the no good stuck up rich kid.

the phone rang and Calum's voice soon felled Emily's ears.

"hello,"

"come over," emily said not wanting to sugarcoat anything. the friendship was platonic.

"5?" Calum responded.

"5." emily agreed, she had five minutes to prepare.

she decided that there was no need to impress calum since he wasn't anything special to her so she didn't bother putting on lingerie or anything sexy, so she stayed naked walking around the house tidying up since she didn't know what else to do.

soon enough there was a loud knock on the door and emily quickly rushed to the door and pulled on the door knob revealing calum.

she pulled him in and began to undress him. she skillfully pulled down his pants, sending a glance to her toes.
they were red, a sign that she was not a virgin. the white on her nails was no longer there, the sign of her innocence, gone.

the night was like any other, a blur. when she awoke calum wasn't there and that's the way she simply liked it.

she shifted in her side and pulled out her phone, seeing a notification.

she stared at the small device before going to the bathroom to put on a pad.

she got dressed and left for the hospital.
