La luz de los Madrigal

"If The Organization is in search of the new princesses of the heart, it is important to watch our moves. It could mean they already have their troops complete."

Sora gives a tired snort, pouting his lips a bit with his arms crossed behind his head. Yen Sid's lecture bores him too much. Truth be told, he doesn't say anything new. The power of awakening, The Organization XIII causing trouble, still not getting Aqua out of the Darkness world He knows there's a thousand and one problems! In truth, he feels so stressed that he doesn't know what to do either. Usually he has an idea, but this time it's not the case.

With everything they tell him, with what they expect, he wonders if he's not the one they were looking for in the first place. He's not the Keyblade's great chosen one. The notable and best little star for this mission. He thought feeling useless and irrelevant had been a thing two years ago. With Riku taunting him in Maleficent's palace.

"Sora" He wakes up when he's called directly. "We have detected a particular signal from a world that up until now, had remained peaceful and far from being threatened by the Heartless. It is your duty to go investigate it. Hopefully, we can get our sights on another Princess of Heart."

"Shouldn't we focus on getting Aqua out of the kingdom of darkness?" asks Sora swaying in place. Donald brings a hand to his face. There he goes again. "We could end this faster if we go as a group to help her" Sora proposes with a worried gesture. "King Mickey and Riku might need my help."

"They need you to be able to summon the power of awakening and nothing else."

Sora drops his head. If he had that thing, he doesn't know what it was like. The thing is, he hates that mean power. He wishes he had a manual that told him how to get it back. He doesn't even consider that it has anything to do with helping Aqua or not. He comes to think that he never had it, that it's not his thing to have. Maybe it's for someone else. Riku can surely get it and use it. He has always been the prodigy in everything he comes across. Darkness, Keyblade, being Keyblade Master.

Or Kairi, she is a princess of heart after all why wouldn't she have such a power to connect with the hearts of others? The two of them make more sense than his person. Sora gives a disappointed sigh. Of his friendships, he's the least special.

Not to say he's not special at all.

He walks out of the studio and sighs, leaning against a wall and dropping into a sitting position. They come only to nag him and remind him of the obvious. He's tired of the same old thing. If at least Yen Sid would be helpful, he wouldn't care, but that's not the case. Goofy and Donald look at him with some concern. It's hard not to notice that by now, Sora is very discouraged.
