Where am I?(On Hold)

Chapter Two

Emilia's POV

'Holy Crap he Came out of nowhere!' I thought to myself. "Hello There!" He said happily, "OKAY NOPE!!" I yelp somehow running past him and getting out of his house?

He probably is chasing me, I look behind me and yep the red dude is trying to keep up, At least I'm in a forest.

"Okay, excuse me, but Ummmmm... can you not chase me!" I yell, "Wait Stop!!" He yells. "Yea, Nope!! How bout you stop!!" I replied. I pulled out my Kunai, trying to speed up. After a few minutes, I ran and tried to hide behind a tree with my tail wrapping around me.

'I think I lost them- HOLY their right there!!' I thought. "I'm not here to hurt you! Please stop running!" He calls out looking for me, I cup my hand around my mouth to throw my voice, "How about you stop chasing me and I'll stop running!" my tail wraps around me a bit more.

They walked in front of me. "Haha. . . How's ya find me?" I asked nervously. "I saw your arm." He deadpanned, looking at the Kunai in my hand. I moved to a fighting stance my elders taught me, "Whoa!! Calm down!" He yelp, I studied him I put my Kunai in its sheath.

"Sorry I probably shouldn't have pulled a weapon out." I apologized to them, "I'm Emilia, You?" I asked/introduced myself. He smiled, "I'm Red Steve!" I froze, before yelling out "WAIT!! Hold On Some Thing Or One Send Me Here In The First Place!" Next thing I know I'm explaining what happened to me from following the shadow to running into a portal.

We argued well, I argued that he could know the 'Blue Steve' That sent me here, why faking being confused, "I'll explain everything If you come back to my house." Red Steve told me, Bruh. I took a deep breath, "Okay, then let's go." I wrapped my hand around my Kunai sheath just in case. . .

I followed him back to his house thinking of different ways to either run or talk to him, not like I wanted to use my magic on him.

"Now I'm not trying to run, Your House is very cute!" I tell Red Steve with a smile. He gives a small smile back "Thank you!" I followed him back into his house. "Can you explain what happened?" He asks me.

I led him to the portal and started to explain what happened with the spirit and how I got here. "This portal was made to keep away evil." He replies, "In all honesty, I now have even more questions. . ." I told him.

"Legend says that someone will go through the portal and help defeat the evil," He explains "Okay, but why is the Portal in your house and not a cave? I'm just trying to understand," I ask him.

"I'm one of the last ones who was supposed to protect the portal." He explains still claim. I nodded, "If you're supposed to protect the portal then why did I come through it? Was I supposed to come through it- Are you saying that basically I was destined to come through this portal?"

Is that what he's getting at? This is so confusing. "Correct! I was expecting you." Red replied. "Well, ummmm... Here I am. I don't really know if I can do much in this world, so I'm not sure of what I'm expected to do. Is there any way you can explain this more?" I asked Red, flicking my tail.

He put his hand up to his chin. "Well. . . There is a temple." I tilted my head "Like a temple to help understand because if that's the case let's just go there." He nods and starts to lead the way. I closed the doors behind us. "Okay, let's go!"
