Where am I?(On Hold)

Chapter Three

Emilia's POV

We're trapped in a temple after the door closes on me and Red. "Well, that's not good..." I mumbled, Red shakes his head, "Of Course, It Isn't Good!! Those Things Escaped And I Can Tell That It's Going To Be A Disaster!" I slightly flinch from the volume.

"It's not all horrible... We'll think of a way out!" I tried to calm him down, "Not Horrible!? NOT HORRIBLE?!?! I have a bad feeling about this..." Red exclaimed/mumbled. I took a deep breath, "Hey, we got some time! I have no doubt that we can get out. Why don't we try just go and try and figure it out?" I ask him.

"Do you even know if they can go through walls?" Red asked, sounding really upset. I froze, "You know that's a good question... but they would have escaped earlier if they had that ability, so maybe they can't go through these walls specifically..." I would ask how many people were there but it was not a good time...

"Wait... I have a feeling..." Red said out of nowhere. I looked at him, "Like a good or bad feeling?" he looked kinda dazed, "Those... Things were the Darkness..." I froze, 'What!?! How?!' "Hold up! You can't just say stuff like that! And you said the darkness was sealed away- Oh my gosh... The temple was sealed away and no one escaped it until I opened it... I released the Darkness didn't I?" I asked him.

He looked unamused, "Yep." I turned around and walked to the picture, "The darkness is going to creep up on the other Steves and corrupt them..." Red nodded, "I think they couldn't do much when they were sealed." He explained.

"I'm going to guess as the darkness grows the more it corrupts the more it can corrupt the Steves..." I guessed, "Pretty much." Red replied. "Okay! The darkness is out there and it's trying to corrupt probably all seven nations of steves, and we're inside of here... Let's get back to trying to open the door!" I exclaim.

At this point, we're just trying dumb stuff. I tried the Open Sayame trick but it didn't work. I froze, "Hold on... The darkness supposedly closed the door, right? I was chasing after the darkness and the door closed as I was running toward them to try and stop them from leaving... But how could they control the door... Do you think it wasn't them?" I started.

"What if while I was chasing after them I tried to close the door without even knowing it so they wouldn't escape, but instead it closed on us, so I was the one who accidentally sealed us in!" I stopped to breathe, "Which means that maybe we shouldn't yell at it!" Red looks comely lost to what I'm saying.

I walk over to the door, "Ummm... Door I know I closed you to try and stop the darkness hopefully that was me... if it was me then just prove it, you were made to seal in the darkness and I'm just trying to get it back so that it can stay sealed and not hurt others... Please open, and I'll bring the darkness back so you can do your job again, how does that sound?" As soon as I finished, a bunch of ominous sounds came out of nowhere.

I backed away from the door, "Ummm... Red Steve!! Somethings happening!" I yelled as my ears dropped and ran to Red Steve. I looked at the Door to see it open. "Dude!! It opened!!" I yelled.

Red grabbed my hand and pretty much ran us to the door. I took a deep breath, "I never thought I'd be this happy to get back outside." As we walked down the hill I looked up, wagging my tail, "Let's just cherish the sky together, imagine if we were stuck in there not able to help!" I told Red I looked behind him and legit changed my thoughts, "It closed again, probably so nothing else can get in there."

Red looks at the door before turning back, "Okay now that we actually got out, What's the plan?" I asked him, "We must hurry to my house. I must get something." I nod as Red starts to lead the way back.

He's running for some reason. It's not hard to keep up with him we're at his house in minutes. "Hey!! Wait up, Red Steve, are you okay, you've been rushing and freaking out really bad." I ask him.

"Yes? No? Just... Please wait here." He ran into the house looking really upset... "Just be patient," he called out. My tail wraps around me. I'm kinda shocked Red didn't say anything about my looks...

I shook my head, 'I understand why he's in a rush, but he could pass out if he overworks himself.' I look at the flowers around me. "No! No! No!" Red Steve shouts.

I ran inside, "Red Steve!! Are you okay?!?!" I ran to the room connected to the Red-stone area. "Where is it?!?" I looked around as he ran into the room and into the Red-stone area. "Red! What are you even looking for? I could help!" I am so close to- "It's Gone!!!" He seems panicked. 

"What do you mean? What's gone?" I asked Red Steve, "Just tell me and I could maybe get a-" he cut me off, "S-stay back!" I froze. Please don't tell me you're like them. I backed away and partly lowering my ears, "Okay calm down... I'm not going to attack you, I just want to help. You're kinda scaring me, man..."

"It's very important!!" He replied, "Please help me out and stop freaking out, I'm freaking out already this isn't going to help us through." I explain, "Why would I be brought here, I don't know what to do in this world, or what the Steves are! Do I have a specific task to do? I'm really lost, Red Steve!" I ask him

He breaths in, "To bring the 7 Steves together." I look at him, "I only met you and that blue steve who was kinda scary... Never mind, If you're freaking out over something then let me help you okay? You're kinda backing into a-" Red cuts me off,"DON'T GET CLOSE!!" He shouts at me. 

I yelped and backed away, my tail lowered. 

"Red Steve, is there anything else we can do to try and figure out this problem," I asked said person. I tried to keep my distance, "I'm supposed to meet someone..." I nod, "Okay, who are they? I'll keep this distance from you. Lead the way." He seems to have calmed down, "Fine. Let's go." I started to follow him as he bolted to the door.

I tried to make a conversation with Red Steve but he's not having it... He stopped, "Wait here." He pretty much ordered me before walking away... 'What kind of world did I just take on?' I looked at Red Steve as he stopped. As he looked around, an Orange person walked over to him... Is that an Orange Steve?
