Where am I?(On Hold)

Chapter Six

I brush through my hair. I'm leaning against a support beam of the patio-like thing above the beacon. I got a good look around. The patio has quartz floor, stone steps around the beacon, and wood around the quartz to show the patio had come to a stop.

I brushed my hair a bit and now and now it's clean!! And no plants in my hair! And my tail doesn't have mud anymore!

I made two flower crowns with orange flowers and a snowflake pin with a golden flower. I'm already wearing my flower crown and the golden flower. 'I'm putting too much hope in, but I really think we could be friends. He doesn't care about ears and tail...' I thought.

Thunder roars, "Orange Steve?! Are you coming back?!" I called out. I looked around and saw the Orange Portal open. A bit more thunder sounded as Orange Steve appeared in the beam, "A Portal Open!!" I told him, and he nodded, "I sensed it open!"

"Cool, but as I was saying it's the Orange Portal!" I exclaimed, his smile flattered, "Oh... Orange..." I nodded, "Like you, but you don't look so excited..." I put the flower crown with the snowflake pin on his head, he raised an eyebrow but didn't say anything about it. I wag my tail happily.

"Let's go see what problem they have, and you promise to come with me on the first portal. And these are your people so you should know them and they should know you, so this can help us help them!!" I exclaim, Orange nods "That's true, but I'm unsure now..."

I look at him confused, "Unsure about joining me?" I asked frowning. I went to the portal. "No, I'm coming!" He says as we walk to the open portal. I smiled, "Let's go!!" I yelled as I ran into the portal.

As soon as I got out of the portal, I ran into a tree. "That hurt, am I going to get hurt every time we do this?" I mumbled twitching my ears, Orange shook his head, "Sorry, I forget that could happen... I need to fix that." I look around at the trees.

I smiled at him before he started to lead the way to the other steves. I walked ahead when I saw another Orange Steve, "Hello!" I greeted him, "Oh! Who are you?! Are you here to help us?" he asked.

"Yes, we are," I replied calmly, he looked so worried, "Our Leader has been losing his mind, it would mean the world if you helped him!" I nod, "I'm sorry, just take some deep breaths, and we'll help!" Orange Steve puts a hand on my head and nods.

As the other Orange Steve leaves, "What's happening?" I look at Orange, "The Leader is apparently losing his mind..." I told him as we came closer, 'Holy crap! There's a lot of Steve, just hanging out and doing whatever.' I look around as we walk, we're close, and from what I can see one Orange Steve is extremely bouncy.

This place looks so cool! They have roads to homes and Orange Steves talking to each other, and trees that grow in front of some houses. It's changed so much from the old kingdom!

"Wait, do you know your way around?" I ask nervously, Orange nods "Okay I'm go- Oh! Hi," I greeted an Orange Steve who walked over to us. "Hey! What are you guys up to?" He ask, Orange Steve, spoke up, "It's nothing, Nosy, I'm just showing Emily around, she wants to help others out." I nod, "Okay!" and he ran off, "Orange why did you call him that?" I ask, flicking my tail.

Orange looks at me confused, "What do you mean, it's his trait so that's what we tend to call him. Don't humans do that?" I shake my head, "No, their given names at birth..." I explain.
