Today would be their last game in the group phase. They had to go against Wales and the chances for England to get into the round of 16 were pretty high. Of course their biggest supporter, Jules, would watch this game as well.

Julia was lucky to be seated in the first row today. When she got there, a woman and a man already sat next to her seat. She guessed that they would be Phil's parents.
"Hello, I assume you're Mr. And Mrs. Foden, am I Right?" Jules greeted them.
"You are! You must be Julia then! It's lovely to meet you, Phil told us a lot about you." His mother answered smiling.
"Oh he did?" Jules asked curiously.
"Yes, but don't worry! He only talks good about you."
"I'm relieved then." Julia laughed it off. She was talking with Claire, his mother, throughout the game. She, and her husband, were very friendly and open to the young girl. The halftime began and neither one of the teams scored yet. But right after the second half started, Marcus scored a goal, making the English fans cheer loudly. Only a minute passed and the ball was in Wales' goal again. This time it was Phil who scored, just like he promised Jules. He also retained the promise with the celebration. Since his parents and Julia were sitting in the first row, he was not far away from them, as he ran to the side of the pitch. He threw a little air kiss to Jules and winked shortly before his teammates were there to celebrate him.
Jules on the other side, was smiling like she was crazy. Also blushing a little bit. Claire Foden chuckled at her sons and Julia's behavior.
