"Will we ever get some peace?" Julia asked Phil. They were both laying down in the hotel's bed, her in his arms. "We will, once we go through all this. People are just envious. We'll be fine, love." Phil responded, caressing her hand gently. "By the way, my mum asked if you would like to come over to us on Christmas." "That would be lovely, thanks." Julia smiled brightly.
Phil fell asleep quickly that night, since he was still exhausted from their game. Jules still stayed awake for a while, scrolling through her social medias. Now, fans where spamming Estelle's comment sections, instead of her's. Julia thought how fucked up it is, that so many people let themselves influenced so easily. Of course there were some several people who didn't believe Estelle and stayed on Julia's side. But that was just a minority.
The brunette girl had to fly back to London separately from the team again. Their flight was pretty early around 8am. While the boarding for her flight started 2 hours later, at 10am. Julia decided to see a bit of Paris before she would leave, so she went to a little café near the Eiffel Tower. She paid quite much just for a coffee and a croissant, but it was worth it. Afterwards she took an Uber again to the airport. It was pretty crowded, but eventually she made her way through the check in and the security check. Phil already texted her, that they landed safely in London and would now proceed to drive to Manchester.
