Julia slept at Jack's house that night. Her cousin drove her to the hospital again the next morning. He himself couldn't stay there since he had practice. When Julia arrived, Phil's parents were the first people she met. They told her that he was already getting operated. Claire, Phil's mother, was glad that Julia was here for her son. After all what had happened, it wasn't self evident that the brunette girl stayed there in Manchester.
Julia talked with his mother about her vacation with Jack and about her work. Claire really liked her, that's why she hoped Julia would take her son back.

The operation didn't take too long. Phil was still sleeping though. Julia decided to go get herself some food in the cafeteria. She decided for some pasta and then sat down at a table with her food. You could never go wrong with Pasta, it was a decent meal after all. On her way back, she stopped by some automates. Julia got some of Phil's favorite snacks for him, while she bought some drinks for his parents.

When she arrived at Phil's room again, he was already awake again but still looked extremely tired. Again he was surprised by her presence. Phil thanked her for coming and for the snacks she got him.
