Start:
It's been a few days since Killen arrived home sa Manila dahil Christmas break nila sa university. So, he, and Ara decided to come back home muna.
Sakto din naman na kaka-start lang din ng vacation nila Kaia. Ara went straight to Cebu after spending a night at the Echarri mansion, gusto din nya kasing mabisita ang grandparents nya, and yun din ang habilin ni Seth sakanya.
It was one hot afternoon at nasa library ang magkapatid, reading books in their own world. Not until Kaia let out a sigh, causing for Killen to put down his book, and turn to his sister.
"What's up?" Killen asked.
"I'm bored, Kuya." Kaia pouted.
Killen closed his book, and turned his full attention to Kaia.
"When is Mom, and Dad coming home ba?" Kaia asked.
Kyle, and Francine are currently in Singapore with their Tito Ninong Darren dahil may presentation ang Echarri Technologies with Singtel. They are about to sign a contract for partnership.
"I think after a few days?" Unsure na sagot ni Killen. "They'll be back home before Christmas naman daw."
"Tara, roadtrip tayo?" Kaia asked na medyo kinagulat naman ni Killen.
"Are you serious?" Medyo natatawang tanong ni Killen.
"You have your PH driving license pa naman diba?"
"Yeah, I still have it."
"Edi tara na!" Patayong sabi ni Kaia.
"We should tell Mom, and Dad muna." Killen says. "Baka mag-alala yun sila."
"I'll text them." Kaia says, and napataas naman ng kilay si Killen.
Killen knows na sometimes ay nakakalimutan magtext ni Kaia to anyone na kelangan nya i-text.
"Make sure you will, Kai." Killen tells his sister. "Also, san naman tayo pupunta?"
"Just drive South!" Kaia exclaimed.
"South?" Confused na tanong ni Killen.
"Tara sa Cam Sur!" Aya ni Kaia.
"Why don't we just take a plane?"
"Diba gamit nila Mommy, and Dad yung plane?" Kaia says. "Tsaka, a roadtrip sounds more fun!"
"It's a long drive." Killen says. "Ako lang magda-drive since wala si Kuya Anjo."
