A short story where everyone thought that Francine is dead
Start:
It's been 3 years, and the case of Francine's murder is still far from being solved. Not even the cops, the detectives, and the investigator can solve the case, in what really happened to her that night.
Halos hindi na makilala ang bangkay nung mahanap ito sa isang abandonadong bahay hindi malayo sa area nila Francine.
Na-confirm lang na si Francine nga ito due to the DNA result.
Kyle took it the hardest. Ikakasal na dapat sila ni Francine, but then the horrible incident happened. Sa loob ng dalawang taon, hindi sya tumigil na humanap ng justice, and mahanap ang pumatay sa babaeng mahal nya. Hindi sya nagdalawang isip na maglabas ng pera, as much as he can para lang mabigyan ito ng justice.
Pero wala. Hanggang ngayon, walang maayos na lead. Walang kahit ano to start from. Just a corpse, nothing more, nothing less.
A month after the killing, Kyle started sending messages to the now abandoned phone number of Francine. There he texts the number, hoping na sana sumagot ang minamahal. Na sana mabasa nito ang mga messages nya, yung mga nararamdaman nya.

Ito na sana ang last message ni Kyle sa abandoned number ni Francine. He is ready to let go, tanggapin ang katotohanan na hindi na sya babalik. Tatlong taon na ang lumipas.
Kyle is mad na hindi nya nakuha ang hustisya para sa minamahal. But then, the justice it self is ungraspable. Something na hindi maintindihan ni Kyle.
"Hey, baby." Tawag ni Andrea who just came inside the house.
Kyle was about to put away his phone, nung biglang may magtext. To say that he was terrified is an understatement.
