Gregor and the prophecy of love

chapter 5

Me and Luxa run to the museums as fast as we can, it's a little more packed than last time but what I am most surprised to see is not all the stuff from the overland or any of the people, other than two, Larry and Angelina.

"What is going on?!" I yell at no one in particular. "Gregor! What are you doing here? Where is here!?" They ask me along with about a million more questions.

Just then Ripred walks in, "Ripred!" I yell and run up and hug him, to my surprise he hugs back, "Over lander what a surprise, I didn't think we would be graced with your company again for a very long time." He says "well theres a new prophecy, which I guess they haven't told you about?" I say "no they havent well I guess I will see it later, now why are we here?" He asks obviously bored.

"Wha- what is that?!" Angelina shrieks. "You guys calm down I can explain everything" I say. "And who is she? Is she the reason you were so hesitant to go with me to the dance." She asks. Oh great I think, this is about to go way down hill. "Your going to a dance with her, overlander? " luxa asks looking betrayed. "Let me explain, Ripred, Vikus, can I talk to them alone please?" I ask. they slowly excuse themselves.

"Okay, yes Angelina she is the reason I was hesitant, I see you as a friend. And luxa yes I was going to go with her, but if I said no then she would want to know why, for obvious reasons I couldnt say ' because I'm still in love with a queen from an underground world. 'So please forgive me? You will have to at some point, or else their will be another war, like the prophecy said." I say pleading for her to forgive me. "Okay I will forgive you Gregor, but just know this, we do not take marriage lightly in the underland, especially if the one whom you intend to marry is the queen." She says smiling. "You know that sounds a whole lot like what Howard said when I lied and told him were going on a date" I say laughing, she laughs too.
"Woah hold up! Marriage? You have got alot of explaining to do!" Larry says
"I will explain, but first I need to know how you got down here?" I ask worried.
"Lizzy showed us, she told us that the laundry grate was the reason you are so distant, I told you now explain!" Larry says
"Dont make him mad! And before you get any explanations you must bathe" A voice yells from the hall, I turn around and see Mareth limping towards us. "Mareth! How are you?" "Oh I'm fine, a little jealous of that flier of yours though, how come I am the only creature in the underland that can't grow back my legs?" He says jokingly "why cant we make him mad? He going to turn into hulk or something? And why do we have to bathe?" Angelina asks
"What is a hulk? I have never heard of it?" Luxa asks "uhm hes like a super hero, but everytime he gets mad he turns green, and grows to the size of the bane." I say trying to make it simpler to understand
"Creepy" I laugh she just loves that word.
