Alex lied next to Ms.Ara's shop. A glowing light from the top of the shelves came from a small music box with a ballerina on top. He climbed up and touched it, the red light flew away. He ran for it and came to the same spot as before. The red light formed into three beautiful young girls, all black cats, all the same age, and all the same scared.

"Hello." Alex said softly.

"Who are you." Said the second voice, it didn't sound afraid of him.

"I'm Alex." He said. "What's your name?"

"I'm Abigail." Said the girl in the middle.

"I'm Elizabeth."

"And I'm Kate."

"Well, thoughts are very pretty names." Alex took out the stones. "And, I brought someone for you.

He laid the stones on the ground and they formed into the mother and son.

"Mommy! Brother!" They all said happily and the family rejoiced, being able to see one another again.

"Thank you so much young one." Said the mother.

"Yes, but I know it's not over yet, is it?"

"No I suppose not." The mother looked sad. "But I'm sure you'll know what to do."

"Uh-huh." Alex nodded. "And once I get the next stone I'll be halfway over."

The mother nodded happily. "But you'll need this before you go."

The girls held up their hands and the light flew to his blanket and seeped inside of it, eventually fading away.

"We wish you good luck on your travels." And they all flew into the moon leaving three stones on the ground, blue, orange, and red.

He took them and headed inside his house. He set down the bag of materials next to the couch. He took a few bites of carrots and bread and went to sleep. After his nap, he headed down the market.

Over the hill was the pantheon. He walked down the path to where the bridge was supposed to be. He took out the stones and there light pulled stones from the abyss, forming a stone path leading to the front of the pantheon. He walked up to the door, it wasn't locked so Alex walked right in. He was in a green lit hallway, he heard music beyond a door right in front of him. To the left there was nothing, and to the right there was another mirror. He walked to the mirror and inside was another one fallen asleep.

He pulled the blanket off and there was Eric. Alex was overwhelmingly happy and rolled him over.

"Eric! Eric wake up!"

"What, what happened?"

"Here, have this." He held out the dinosaur plush.

"What for?"

"Just grab it already."

Eric grabbed the plush and faded inside. Alex hugged the plush tight and walked back outside. He went to the door. And opened it. The music was still playing a waltz over the whole room. He saw people dancing to it in a formed manner. But they didn't seem to be people. Alex could see the green stone floating atop the staircase. He took one step and the floor cracked and fell apart into a green abyss. The light showed what the dancers really were.

They were zombies. Monster figments of people that could've existed if they were alive. They still danced in suits. But now Alex didn't know how to get to the other side. Then he had another awful idea that just might've worked. He jumped onto one of the zombie's back's. The decaying flesh broke off the tighter he held on. Then the zombie turned his head all the way back. It's eyes turned a bright red when they saw Alex. It had a very deep voice and yelled words that had no real meaning. Alex quickly took out the cutting pliers and stabbed them into its eyes. It belowed again and its body broke apart and fell into the abyss along with the cutting plier.

Alex quickly jumped on another as it moved closer to the staircase. Then its hand moved and grabbed Alex. Its head snapped back and bellowed. It's hand almost dug into Alex's skin. He took the sword and stabbed at the arm until it let go. Then he grabbed its head from the top and climbed up its ribs. Once he was on the head, everyone saw Alex.

Their eyes glowed red and they all bellowed in unison. They continued their same dance but never let their eyes off Alex. The head he was standing on sank into the zombie's chest and it fell to the abyss. Alex jumped on heads until he was right about to get up the staircase when he was suddenly grabbed by a gangly hand. It held him and tried to bite him. Other zombies grabbed at him and Alex cut off the zombie's head. Others held onto Alex as the other zombie. He was so close to the stone he could almost feel it. Then the line went down close to the door. He kicked the zombies' faces and swung off their feet up the moving line.

The feet broke off the ankles and Alex swung over to the next body, climbing up it's rib cage to see where he was. He was all the way in the back, and when he wasn't looking, the zombie he was on bit his foot. The teeth dug into his skin and he quickly kicked the zombie with all his might. He flew off it onto the line again. They grabbed him and shoved him inside the line. It was cramp and dark inside, he could only see and smell their disgusting flesh. He broke open their rib cages and crawled through the chest as quickly as he could. None of them could reach him as it was too cramped to fit anything inside. He made it halfway and jumped to the right.

The zombies held hands and rotated as a circle up and down the ballroom. When he got the closest he would ever get, he jumped to the staircase. All the zombies snapped their faces right to him. Staring as they charged at him to the staircase. They grabbed onto his ankles when he took his first steps up. They held on tight and the sword wasn't enough to cut all the hands. When there were only a few hands left he could pull out and run up the staircase. The stone went through a door that led to a balcony. He ran into it and closed the door as quickly as possible. The stone floated off the balcony and the zombies made it through the door.

At the last moment, Alex jumped off the balcony and into the stone. Light engulfed the world and everything disappeared.

A warm light that he thought he had never felt before.
