Kim Seojoon watched quietly as the dark, menacing clouds twisted and swirled. Thunder singing it's warning.
His father, Kim Syung-yoon, was with his mother, Kim Angelisa. The waiting room would of been silent, if it weren't for Angelisa's screams echoing through the empty halls
Seojoon stomach churned once again. He had a bad feeling. A terrible feeling.
And if anything, his weather eye wasn't arguing much differently. As the seemed to be a storm looming over the Maner everyday for the past month.
As well as just weird disturbances in nature over the last nine month(Give or take). Disease outbreaks, political distribute, earthquakes, floods, tsunamis etc. You name it, it has happened.
Something was going on in the world. Something not right. Unnatural. And Seojoon couldnt help the feeling that it was all somehow connected to his mother's pregnancy. Ending pregnancy.
Soon he would have a younger brother. Only a matter of minutes now
But as the minutes passed, his bad feeling only grew.
Then suddenly his mother's screams stopped and were replaced by the cries of a newborn.
Seojoon brows furrowed. His fists clenching around bunches of his pants that he gripped. Something was wrong. Something was very wrong
Syung-yoon walked into the waiting room, his head hanging low.
Syung-yoon's announcement of despair, of Angelisa's passing during birth, was completely unheard by Seojoon.
The father's words drawn out by the racing thoughts of his disturbed son.
Because his feeling was right. Something was wrong. Very wrong. And although Angelisa's passing would heavily saddened the panicked son, it wasn't what was bothering him now.
What was bothering him was pleasant absence in his chest. The distinct feeling of something missing. His father probably didn't notice because he wasn't the holder anymore as well as he was preoccupied with grief.
But Seojoon felt it. Or felt the lack there of.
The bad feeling came back tenfold as his father invited him to come meet as baby brother. It settled heavily as Seojoon followed his father down the white, sterile hallway.
He wasn't the holder anymore.
Something was wrong. Very wrong. Because Seojoon was missing something. Something that doesn't just go away. But is rather taken. Or more accurately passed down.
Seojoon was missed his Wrath.
But when he held his brother, he felt a fraction of what he used to feel. What he was use to feeling
His younger brother basically radiated it. His eyes flashing red as he wailed.
Seojoon held the small bundle of blankets with fear. Fear of what this meant. Because Seojoon wasn't the holder anymore. He couldn't even fell anger anymore.
But his brother seemed to feel it all.
Kim Namjoon was Wrath's news holder
