It's not natural. You're not natural, Namjoon.

She's gone... because of you

You have to learn to control.

YOU CANT ALWAYS USE WRATH AS AN EXCUSE

You have to control it

You're no son of mine

Control it

Keep your distance

Control it

I'll always be here for you, Joon.

Control it. Control it. Control it. Control it. Control it. Control it

Everything would have been better if you were never born and you know it!

Namjoon....what have you done?

Dark brown eyes flew open, blinking to adjust to the morning light.

Namjoon slowly turned to the alarm clock on his bedside table.

Dammit...woke up five minutes before my alarm went off he thought huffing in frustration

Part of him wanted to throw a big tantrum, flailing his arms and legs around until his alarm actually did go off

But he knew better. It wouldn't change anything. But it would waste energy. Energy he would most definitely need for the day.

Namjoon sat up, stretching a bit and then rubbed the sleep from his eyes. But the voices of his dreams still rang through his mind

He sat for a moment before throwing the covers off, turning off his alarm and headed to the bathroom

After having bathed and dressed, he made one cup of hot chocolate and another of tea.

Once done, he grabbed both travel cups and headed out of the medium sized apartment. He made sure the door was locked before heading down.

Namjoon saw a figure waiting for him, leaning on a lamppost, as per usual.

"Jackson," he called, getting the other's attention.

Jackson immediately straightened up and sent a smile towards his approaching friend.

"RM!" Jackson shouted out in response, gratefully taking the cup of hot chocolate and giving Namjoon a paper bag in return.

"Shut up. No one wants to hear your annoying voice this early in the morning," Namjoon grumbled, trying to quieten the boisterous male.

Jackson simply laughed in response and they began to walk together.

Namjoon peaked inside the bag and smiled when he saw his usual bacon and egg sandwich inside, but was surprised to see another sandwich shaved in next to it.

"What's this?" He questioned Jackson

"Oh that's the new Avocado, tomato and cheese toasted sandwich. We're trying it," Jackson replied, holding up his own in emphasis.

"I don't like new things," Namjoon deadpanned

"How can you say that? You are a new thing!"

"Im not a-"

"To me and this town you are."

Namjoon sighed and rolled his eyes. They came to a halt as they finally come to their destination. Jackson handed his own paper bag to Namjoon as he fished out his keys and opened the music shop infront of them.

"I've been here for a month. How long till I stop being a new thing?" Namjoon questioned.

"Until we get another new thing," Jackson replied as if it was obvious.

Once said store was open, both males shuffled inside, Namjoon put all contents he was holding onto the counter and then began straightening up the store. Sweeping, dusting, checking stock, putting things where the should be

All while Jackson sat behind the counter, feet up will paging through a magazine.

"You will not believe what happening in the K-pop right now. Two idols of two major groups are speculated to be dating. And get this, they're both females!" Jackson shared, overexcitedly.

"Firstly, I could care less. Secondly, it wouldn't kill you to help."

"Firstly, it would kill me. Have you seen these fair maiden hands. Freshly manicured. Secondly, that what I pay you for."

"Underpay me for," Namjoon corrected.

"Hey, you have a nicer apartment than me. Don't talk to me about underpayment."

Before the banter could continue, bell rang signalling the entrance of a customer. Namjoon stood attentive, ready to assist. While Jackson's eyes poked curiously over the magazine.

Once it was determined that it was none other than Mark who had come in with Jaebum, Jackson threw the magazine down, jumped over the counter and hip-shoved Namjoon away.

Namjoon stumbled away and Jackson took his place.

"Can I help you?" Jackson said sweetly to the two boys, brushing a strand of hair behind his ear in feigned shyness.

"Smooth," Namjoon grumbled out, steadying himself.

Jackson paid him no mind and continued to smile at the two boys before him

Both were pretty used to the behaviour and smiled apologetically at Namjoon and amused at Jackson

"We came to see if the new Seventeen album was here," Jaebum requested

"Oh yeah, came in yesterday. Right this way, I'll show you," Jackson cheerfully volunteer.

"It's right there. You don't have to show anyone shit," Namjoon commented from the sidelines.

"Bite me, Namjoon," Jackson hissed out through clenched teeth, his smile becoming tight.

"Your guys' banter is so cute," Mark complimented.

"It's glad to know that this idiot being a pain on my ass is actually entertaining," Namjoon replied.

"Oh hush, you live for this and love me," Jackson snapped back.

Namjoon didn't reply and rather watched over silently as Jackson 'showed' the two boys the album, while flirting shamelessly with both.

Jackson had no idea just how much he actually contributed to Namjoon's will to live and just how grateful the sin was to have meet him.

Once both boys had purchased an album each and Jackson had over-enthusiastically waved goodbye, said store owner picked up his untouched breakfast sandwich.

He took a single bite before spitting it out into the trash can. The rest of the avocado, tomato and cheese sandwich following shortly

"That's actually just disgusting," he said, grabbing the hot chocolate to wash out the taste.

"And that's why I don't like new things," Namjoon said,  taking a bite of his bacon and egg sandwich happily.

Jackson glowered at him before diving to try and get a bit of his sandwich.
