Killer meets a Killer

Shigaraki sits in the bar tilting a glass of some unknown liquid, waiting for Kurogiri to return with someone his Master states will be a useful ally for times to come. A loud laugh comes from behind him as several more voices join in on the laughter, Shigaraki turns looking at a stall behind him, filled with a group of four vampires that Dio recently turned, enjoying their new found eternal life. Shigaraki turns back to his drink trying to ignore them, he normally would just kill them for annoying him but Master told him not to get on Dio's bad side. Shigaraki scratches his neck, he wants to make them shut up, he wants to make them disappear, he wants to kill them. A door opens and the laughter stops.

Dio: "You four I want you in the back we will be having a guest soon and I don't want animals mingling with the elite."

The four give an assortment of yes and yes masters before the get up and exit through the door Dio came in.

Dio: "Forgive my minions they don't know you are not to be bothered. Those four are just pawns with no real place in my plans, if they do it again feel free to destroy them."

Dio sits down next to Shigaraki and glances towards door leading outside.

Dio: "Waiting for Kurogiri to bring our guest? He does seem to be taking a long time."

Shigaraki: "I this guest was easy to find master would have recruited him long age."

Dio: "Yes he must be truly slippery for your master not to have found him after all he found me."

A warp gate opens near the door appears as Kurogiri appears behind the counter of the bar. Stepping through the portal is their guest, a man with a thin but sturdy built, spikes and sharp points covering his clothing, a light brown mask covers his upper part of his face, the mask extends into long ribbons that flow with the red scarf around his neck.

Shigaraki: "Welcome Hero Killer Stain. I believe we can help each other."

Stain: "That is what your portal said, I need to return to Hosu soon, I will just cut to the chase. What are your goals? What are your ideals?"

Shigaraki: "Goals? My only real goal is to destroy everything that I hate. Especially brats like this who get in my way."

Shigaraki holds up a picture of Bakugo and Todoroki. Stain looks at Shigaraki with disgust.

Stain: "To truly accomplish anything... one needs will and conviction."

Stain reaches for his knifes.

Stain: "You appear to be nothing more than a spoiled child, no better than the scum I wish to purge from this corrupt society."

 Kurogiri: "Master shall I interfere?"

Master: "Not yet, let Tomura learn from his actions and his mistakes."

Dio turns in his seat to face the Hero Killer.

Dio: "Now, Hero Killer Stain, let us calm down, and talk a bit more, after all our goals extend past senseless destruction."

Stain looses his grip on his knifes.

Stain: "And why should I listen to anything you have to say, you follow that brat, and therefore you are no better."

Dio barely keeps a straight face as he continues.

Dio: "I am not his follower, My name is Dio, I am also a leader in this organization of people who which to change the world."

Stain completely takes his hands off his knifes as Dio continues to talk.

Dio: "I wish for a world where the title of hero and villain are no longer needed, a world where everyone knows their fate, a world where people can truly live as themselves. In order to create this world the current status quo must be destroyed, which is what my acquaintance here meant when he said he wishes to destroy everything he hates. He hates this world and the place it put him, these "heroes" didn't see a child struggling with his quirk they saw a villain to defeat, so that's what he became that's what they made him. So Hero Killer Stain will you join the league and assist us in creating a perfect world."
