A man with head and hands of mist is standing behind a bar cleaning glasses. A man with light blue hair and chapped lips came in holding a disk with 4 fingers.

Mist man: "Ah Shigaraki did you find it?'  

Shigaraki: "Yes I did, it wasn't easy to get the company who made those cameras didn't want people finding this recording. So lets see what sensei wanted us to see. Do you think it will have to do with that man sensei save 23 years ago. The footage is from then. What do you think Kurogiri." 

Kurogiri: "Perhaps but we wont know until we play it, and speaking of that man the fact he was alive when master save him was a miracle, i'm pretty sure he was just a head when master teleported him to safety."

Shigaraki: "Yea he must have one powerful quirk to be able to survive as just a head, and then fuse with the body sensei gave him."

Kurogiri: "On top of that he hasn't woken up since then either. We haven't had to provide his body with nutrients for the past 23 years as well." 

Shigaraki: "Could sensei have given him a quirk?"

Kurogiri: "Master said he only gave him a regeneration quirk to help heal him."

Shigaraki: "Well lets see what this disk has for us."

Kurogiri opened up a portal and a T.V. came out of it with a slot for the disk. Shigaraki puts the disk in and turns on the T.V. to only be meet with camera footage of an empty street and no sound. Out of no where a man falls from the sky and lands in front of the camera. He has several knifes sticking out of his body and one in his head. After a few more seconds a man lands a few feet away from the man next to a sign. After staring at the body he grabs the sign and the bottom just breaks off. He jumps at the body of the man and swings the sign, but as he's about to swing and decapitate the body someone with white hair jumps in from behind and the man with the sign gets a hole through his head. The next second no frame of the video has the man with white hair sent flying in a building and the hole in the mans head is gone. He begins to walk towards the man with white hair who appears still alive with the sign, but before he brings it down on the man he quickly jumps back and stares at the body with the knifes in it. Two police officers sneak up on the man and aim their guns at him. The man disappears and reappears behind the officers and kills one with a single hit and stabs the other with his hand and makes him aim and shoot the body. After which he seems to intensely listen before putting his ear to the ground and listening for 10 seconds. He gets up and grabs his sign and swings it finally and slams it into the head of the body only for it to be bent and deflected. His head then got bashed in by something the camera didn't show anything and sent flying. The body then gets up. 

Shigaraki: "The hell he wasn't dead?"

The man who was once a body grabs a bucket walks over to a car and forces gas to come out of it. All the while the man who was sent flying was trying to get up and couldn't. Gas is poured onto him and as the other man lights a lighter the man seemingly teleports on to the bumper of a passing car and speeds off camera with the other man in pursuit. Footage ends.

Shigaraki: "Who were those people? One was clearly the Number One hero of France, but the other two, we never go a good look at the one who was playing dead for most of the time."

Kurogiri: "He seemed to be with the Sliver Swordsman trying to take down that last man."

Shigaraki: "So what about the last guy the one who seemed to teleport."

Kurogiri: ''I'm not sure, though based on how this footage ended he wasn't wining."

A T.V. attached to the wall turns on 

Voice on T.V.: "What you saw there was something more powerful than a quirk."

Shigaraki: "Sensei, What can be more powerful than a quirk?"

Sensei: " A power that someone has been trying to keep away from the prying eyes of the public. This power is call stands. That video showed you what stands are capable of but not what they truly are. For that I will be having a friend join you in a couple of days to both explain it and join you on your attack on U.A. he will be your best bet at beating one of the newest teacher who will get in the way, though if he is ready to fight is up to him, but for now continue to plan for the symbol of peaces death. I wish you luck."

The T.v. turns off.

Shigaraki: "Stands huh? What next Vampires?"

Kurogiri: "Who knows but lets get back to planning the Symbol of Peaces Death. Master's creation was completed today."

Shigaraki: "How did it turn out?"

Kurogiri: "Better than expected. It's mind is fairly intact, so it may not need constant orders like Master said it would."

Shigaraki: "Good one less thing to manage, just tell it to do something and focus on something else."

A phone rings, and Kurogiri picks up.

Kurogiri: "Hello?....Will he be to much to handle?......Good, just to let your guard down." Hangs up.

Shigaraki: "Who was that?"

Kurogiri: "Masters friend, he was letting us know of a possible threat in the students of UA."

Shigaraki: "One of the students? I trust he can handle it?"

Kurogiri: "Yes when it comes time for the attack he will deal with the student and the teacher."

Shigaraki: "Now all we need is a place to strike."
