"I told Twinkie i seen it , even though Twinkie was always with mama on the road she knew out of all people little ole Karen wouldn't lie about that .. and every since i seen him do that to you i'd always have nightmares , i was so worried about you over the years .. i thought you were officially gone ." Karen's eyes filled up with tears
"Karen why didn't you tell me that ? you shouldn't have seen that at such a young age" Dorinda said "that doesn't matter Dorinda, that should of never happened to you at such a young age,seeing you scream asking God for help as he took advantage of you crushed me"
Dorinda hugged Karen tightly "Thank you for being there for me .. i wish Jacky would, i don't understand why she won't .."Dorinda shook her head .
"Don't worry about Jacky , she and Denise will come around soon" Karen said as she rubbed Dorinda's back
"How's Bishop ?" Dorinda asked , "He's doing good , running the church well .. i haven't told him you're back yet" Karen said
"Is he still embarrassed?" Dorinda asked "I wouldn't say embarrassed.. but he's just trying to keep his name up , i'll talk to him though Dorinda don't worry" Karen spoke

I was finally back at my house after being over my Mother's house , Rashun told me to rest before coming back to work .
I never really rest when it came to work , but after what Dr Sullivan told me i decided i truly did need to rest .
The Door opened and there was Rashun with bags in his arms , eventually i told him about my diagnosis , ever since then he was being super helpful with making sure i stay resting.
"I got some tea and some vitamins " he said with a big smile , i giggled looking at how happy he was with getting those things for me .
"Thank you " i said resting my head on the pillow , he sat next to me as i laid on the couch "You okay? i'll leave if you want me to"
"No stay please " i whined , he laughed "Ight i'll stay , have you been talking to your sisters ?" He asked
"all of them no, i just been talking to Twinkie and Karen .. them and my mother are the only ones who been there for me while i go through this , they say Denise and Jacky will come around but i don't believe that" i explained as i held back tears
"I understand , i think they'll come around soon too just pray" Rashun said , i took a big gulp hearing the word "Pray" knowing i haven't prayed in years .
"Yeah, i'll try " i replied , i quickly got up and went to the kitchen to grab a cup of water , Rashun watched me staring at me deeply .
I ignored it with a laugh "Do thoses girls have my money ?" i asked
"Yeah .. but Ruth has been missing and nobody has heard from her .. i don't know if she's hiding cause she don't have your money" Rashun explained
"Thats weird , she's never did that .. i'll find out where she at" i said drinking my water
"No you rest , i gotchu " he said grabbing his coat , he walked up to me "Can i hug you ?" he said . hearing him ask for permission made my heart melt .
"Come here boy" i hugged him tightly , his cologne filled my nose , he walked out the door and i went upstairs to bed .
