𝐥𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚'𝐬 𝐩𝐨𝐯 -

I woke up from my sleep and got ready for school, putting on my uniform and shoes. I packed my bag and grabbed Salem, walking to the quad after. When i got there, the only person i saw was Xavier, who was working on some drawing, so i sat at the fountain, reading a book.

After a while of reading, i heard Enid's voice and looked over, seeing her standing with someone else and talking with Ajax. I closed my book and placed Salem on the ground, walking over to them.

"Quite the contrary, I actually fillet the bodies of my victims and then feed them to my menagerie of pets." The raven haired girl responded to Ajax, staring at him coldly. Ajax stared at her for a while and the girl looked over at me before looking back at him.

"Woah, you're in black and white, just like a living Instagram filter!" Ajax said and I made a face at his comment. Enid pushed him away "Ignore him, Gorgons spend way too much time getting stoned. He's cute, but clueless." Enid looked over at the girl.

"You know, its a small school and there wasn't much online about you. You should really get on Insta, Snapchat and TikTok!" I rolled my eyes at Enid a bit.

"I find social media to be a soul sucking void of meaningless affirmation." she went to walk away and i followed her. "So, im guessing you're the new student? Enid wouldnt stop talking about you yesterday." She didnt seem interested but i decided to keep talking anyways.

"I heard about what happened at your old school, its a shame the boy lived." She quickly looked over at me, then at the book i was holding. I handed her the book "I was practicing spells earlier"

Me and the girl continued walking "so you're a witch?" She asked, not bothering to look back at me. "Mhm" I walked her to Ophelia Hall and she gave me back my book when we reached the door. Salem rubbed against her leg and purred. "Your familiar, I'm guessing." She looked down at the cat. "Mhm, that's Salem." I picked up Salem. "As in the Salem witch trials, correct?" She looked back up at me. "Yeah, I named her that when I was little, I should go now though, nice to meet you?-" "Wednesday." she finished my sentence for me since I didn't know her name. "Alright then, nice to meet you Wednesday, my name's Lolita by the way."

Wednesday entered her dorm and i went back to mine, curling with Salem in my bed. "What do you think, Salem?" Salem purred and rubbed against my arm. "Me too, it would be nice to have another friend."
