A/N - This time, Vance and Finney want to have the pregnancy be more of a secret[not telling the others, only the family].

Finney woke up the next morning, Vance's arms wrapped around his waist, and Finney smiled.

He was comfortable until he heard the sound of the twins crying, which was a sound that wasn't heard often, and the sound of Gwen trying to calm them down, Finney got out of Vance's arms and headed to the nursery where Gwen stood next to both cribs and Dante and Silas cried.

"Oh god, what happened." He asked as he picked up both babies and had them quickly calm down at the touch of their mother.

"I don't know, I just woke up and they were crying and I tried to calm them down but they just cried more, and I started to freak out too," Gwen admitted, Finney hummed.

"Well, it's okay now, is it not?" Finney laughed as he looked from his babies to Gwen, who had calmed down.

- TIME SKIP TO A WEEK AND A HALF LATER -

Finney woke up that morning and headed for the bathroom as he had the feeling that he needed to throw up.

It also didn't help that the twins were getting bigger, they could walk, but they couldn't really speak, they had said their first words.

Vance knocked on the door.

"You alright in there Finn?" Vance asked Finney didn't say anything back as he was too busy throwing up into the toilet.

Vance opened the door when Finney didn't answer, growing worried at the sight of Finney throwing last night's dinner into the toilet bowl.

"Are you okay?" Vance asked as he crouched down next to Finney, rubbing his lover's back slightly.

"I'm alright, it's just morning sickness," Finney said as he looked at looked back at his lover, bits of vomit sticking to his lips and chin, Vance hummed.

"Let's get you cleaned up and then we go greet the troublesome twins and mom, okay?" Vance said as he looked at Finney, who gave him a nod, so they cleaned Finney up and headed down to the living room, where Scarlette, Dante, and Silas waited, the twins looked at their parent's wide smiles forming along their lips.

"Mama! Papa!" They called as they slowly got up off the floor and walked over to their mother and father.

Finney leaned down to his children and wrapped his arms around them with a smile.

"Good morning my loves, have you been good for your grandma well mama and papa were in bed?" Finney asked as he kissed both of the twin's cheeks, which made the twins giggle.

Dante and Silas gave a thumbs up and then gave their mother a kiss on the cheek as well, which just made Finney's heart melt.

Vance walked over to his mother and gave her a kiss on the forehead as Finney made the family something for breakfast, the twins stood next to their mother, and Dante waddled over to Vance as Silas stayed right by Finney.

Vance smiled at Dante, picking him up, since everything happened, Finney has gotten to see a different side to Vance, that soft and caring side, that side that would have made him seem vulnerable to people looking in.

Finney bent down to Silas and picked him up with a soft smile.

"Do you want to help mama cook buddy?" Finney asked and Silas nodded with a nervous smile, come to think of it, Silas was a lot like Finney in many ways, Silas and Finney were both shy, Silas and Finney both were close with their mothers, Silas seemed more like Finney than Vance, despite having his father's blond hair, well Dante had Finney's brown.

Finney did let Silas help out, though it was messy, it was nothing he couldn't clean up, he had to clean up his own vomit before.

So having to clean up bits of flower and other things weren't going to be that hard as he had also observed his mother cleaning up messes that Gwen had made when they were younger.

Finney was ready for this.

"Mama, why you puke morning?" Silas asked, though how he said it wasn't understandable to someone who hadn't dealt with a toddler before, but Finney had, and he could understand what Silas had asked.

"Well, buddy, you and Dante are going to be big brothers," Finney said as he looked at Silas, who had flowers covering his face.

"Big brothers?" Silas asked, tilting his head to the side as he looked at his mother.

Finney nodded and smiled.

"Yeah, big brothers," Finney said as Silas looked at his mother wide-eyed with stars shining through, Finney laughed as they finished up breakfast, and set up the table, Vance came in halfway, wrapping his arms around Finney's waist and putting his face in Finney's nack with a smile.

Finney looked back at Vance and gave him a kiss.

Now, the only thing Finney could see himself doing was sticking by Vance's side, and taking care of these blessings he had been given, Finney could be more thankful, he felt that he was dumb for trying to push all the blame on Vance.

He should have asked for protection but he didn't, he had the chance to ask for protection, but he didn't, in some ways now, looking at his beautiful baby boys, he doesn't think he would change it for the world.

It was wired to think about the fact that he had at some point wished that night had never happened, but, of course, he knew that at some point he was thinking about getting an abortion because he didn't know if he could handle everything that he was going through, but now, looking at his bubbling and hair-pulling toddlers, he couldn't wish for anything else.

He had felt so happy for once in his life.

Finney was happy and he was with someone that could make him so happy, someone that had given him something just months prior he had never thought he'd get, a family, people that loved him, people that cared about him.

Finney quickly dried his eyes before he started to cry, Vance noticed as he noticed almost everything, Vance gave him a look.

"You alright, my dear?" Vance asked, Finney, nodded and smiled.

"Yeah, I'm fine, I just couldn't be happier, Vance you have made me so happy and— I'm sorry for being such an asshole to you, I shouldn't have been trying to blame you for everything, that wasn't fair," Finney spoke as he tried to fight tears in his eyes.

Vance smiled and placed a kiss on Finney's lips.

"I love you, Finn, you were honestly one of the best things to have happened to me," Vance whispered against Finney's lips, before placing another kiss on Finney's lips and then taking his seat next to Finney as the small—But growing—family and had a wonderful breakfast, made by his wonderful son Silas and the person he could see himself marrying Finney.
