A/N - I did a science test today, I'm going to finish the second half of it tomorrow. Also, I'm going to be calling Finney mom/mother/mama, just feminine terms as that just feel right to me, sorry if it makes you uncomfortable!

For the first few nights, the new mother had spent all night nervously watching over the sleeping babies, almost out of fear that something would happen to them.

Vance walked into the room and Finney sat in the rocking chair, looking at his babies as he slowly started to drift off.

"Finn, c'mon, let's go to be..." Vance whispered.

Finney looked at Vance, his throat felt dry, and he couldn't bare himself to leave his children, what if something happened to him well he was gone.

He wouldn't forgive himself if he ever let something happen to them, Finney shook his head.

"No, no, I can't leave them, what if something happens to them, Vance? I have to make sure they're okay!" Finney cried softly as he looked at his lover.

The alpha walked over to his omega and picked him up.

"You need to go to bed, Dante and Silas will be fine, nothing will happen to them," Vance said as he rested his hands on Finney's hips and placed a soft kiss on the omega's lips with a smile.

Finney rested his head on Vance's shoulder and relaxed.

"Okay..." He whispered and was picked up and taken to Vance's room, and Finney flopped into bed and quickly fell asleep, Vance walked back to the nursery, Dante and Silas were now awake, but not crying, Vance smiled, he walked over to his kids who laughed and smiled.

"You two want your mother, don't you? That's why you woke up?" Vance asked as he looked at the twins.

Vance heard the twins make a baby gurgling sound and made grabby hands at their father, Vance picked them up and walked to his room where Finney now sat awake.

"What happened? Are they okay?" Finney asked in a slight panic, Vance laughed softly and smiled.

"No, they just wanted their mother." Vance smiled as he sat on the bed with Finney, Finney took Silas and smiled at him, he placed a kiss on his forehead.

"Did you miss your mother, bubba?" Finney smirked softly as Silas giggled reaching out for Finney.

The family of 4 ended up falling asleep, the babies in between their parents.

- TIME SKIP -

Finney woke up early compared to the rest of his family, he got out of bed and walked into the kitchen, Scarlette was making some coffee for herself and Vance.

"Good morning mom—  I mean—" Finney felt embarrassed as he just called Scarlette, mom, perhaps it was because he was getting comfortable being in the household, and more comfortable living with the Hoppers.

"It's fine, you can call me mom dear. You did just give me my grandkids, after all, it's only fair you get to call me mom, Finney." Scarlette laughed as she walked over to Finney and placed a kiss on Finney's cheek and handed him a cup of coffee as well.

"How did you sleep, darling?" She asked, Finney, smiled and took a seat at the table.

"I slept okay, the babies woke up in the middle of the night so we all slept together in the bed." Finney smiled taking a sip of the bitter-sweet taste of coffee hitting his tongue.

Vance walked down the stairs with both babies in his arms, his hair being tugged at by the laughing babies, Vance's tired blue eyes locked with Finney's lively hazel eyes.

"Oh my god." Finney laughed getting up and taking the children from Vance's arms and then putting them in the baby chairs that Vance and Scarlette had bought.

"Are you okay, V?" Finney asked kissing Vance's cheek as an apology for Silas and Dante pulling his hair.

There was a knock on the door and Finney got up to go get it, he found Robin and Bruce standing there with a smile on their faces, Finney smiled back letting them in.

"How have you two been, especially you Bruce?" Finney asked as they walked over to the table in the kitchen, Vance held Dante in his arms, and Dante had his hands tangled in Vance's hair, not really pulling, just softly playing with it in his tiny hands.

Finney smiled, something about the display was sweet, he adored how gentle Vance could be when he needed to be.

It wasn't normal to see Vance being this gentle as he was seen as mean, and most of the time that did hold up.

But it was very clear that he had a soft spot for his family.

The moment was cut off by Vance.

"Hey! Don't pull my hair, Dante! That's not nice..." Vance whispered, pulling Dante's hands away from his hair, and looked into the child's hazel eyes, but he couldn't be mad for too long as Dante laughed, and it made Vance's heart melt.

"I can't stay mad at you, god," Vance whispered as he held Dante close to his chest with a soft smile on his lips.

"I didn't know that you were soft, Vance," Robin said, Vance looked at him and then secretly flipped him off, Finney walked over to him and lightly slapped the back of his head.

"Not in front of the babies, V. Bruce, we have some leftovers, whatcha feeling?" Finney said as Bruce followed behind him, Scarlette gave Vance and Finney a kiss on the cheek and then did the same with her grandkids before having to head to work.

"Do you have any sardines?" Bruce asked, Finney, smiled and got Bruce some sardines.

Bruce walked to the living room and started to eat his sardines, Finney walked over to Silas and picked him up and walked to the living room and sat with Bruce, Silas smiled, making a low gurgling baby sound.

Finney smiled and kissed the top of his son's head, Bruce looked at the mother-son display.

"Awe, you're so cute Finn," Bruce said as Finney and Silas looked at him, they both had a very similar look on their faces, mother-like son, Bruce thought.

"So, Bruce have you thought of any names yet? And how many are you having?" Finney asked as Silas start to grab at Finney's thump with his small hands, Bruce laughed.

"Just one, but they have Robin's genetics and have been kicking the living shit out of me." Bruce laughed and Robin gave an offended look from the kitchen, Vance laughed as Finney started to giggle.

Finney calmed down and looked at Bruce with a soft smile as Bruce smiled.

"I was thinking Mary in it's a girl and then Colby if its a boy. But Robin had different ideas." Bruce said as Robin and Vance came to join their partners.

"Luisa if we have a girl, and Cesar if we have a boy," Robin said, Bruce sighed, and Finney and Vance looked at each other before back at the other couple.

"You are so much more prepared." They said in sync.

"It's all Bruce, not me," Robin said, as he kissed Bruce's cheek, Bruce smiled and laughed.
