It was currently night our parents were downstairs soon ocula starts shaking getting our attention
"What's wrong, what do you see?" Alan asked
He looked out the window before ducking bursting from the window ocula is pinned by one of those things from a spit roaster
"Ocula you alright? Hold still" he said soon frees her and hold it seeing a tape on it "Surrender" he would put ocula down soon the other gorgonites gathered onto the table
"what's on it?" archer asked
"don't know let's find out" alan replied
he would put the tape into the vhs player we would watch it as we see Christy's face
"Smile girly" link said
"Alan I am safe I've not been harmed" she said
"Christy?" Alan said worryingly
" I am making this statement without my own free will and under no duress, yeah right!" she said
"Stick to the script, read it like we wrote it!" kip yelled
Soon Christy yelled
"Make it snappy" link said
"I will be released safely and unharmed if the following conditions are met, one surrender the gorgonites scum"
Soon all of them gasped at once
"That's it" she finished
"Faster or we stick her!" brick yelled
We watched as the tape ends
"What else is on?!" insaniac asked
Before my brother slammed the remote on the table
"If major chip hazard wants a war we'll give him a war" he said
Archer soon looked at him
"No Alan we'll surrender" archer said
I looked at him surprised by what he says
"No we can't let them kill you" I said
"No they'll get what they want alright" Alan said
I looked back worried I saw him walk past me to a shelf pulling out a tape recorder and a boombox
"What are you doing?" i asked
"You'll see" he replied
He set up the mike and placed it in front of the gorgonites
"Alright I have a plan but I need you all to pitch in ok?" Alan asked
The gorgonites looked at each other confused
"This is a magical item that makes fake calls of surrender. I need you to sound scared and worried. Can you do that for me?" he asked again
"Please do this so we can save our friend" I pleaded
The gorgonites soon nodded. Soon Alan pressed record soon all would make worried cries and please before Alan stopped the tape
"Alright we should be good" Alan said
He would look around the room finding a box and wrote gorgonites on it and put the boom box in it
"You got tape?" he asked
"Yeah it's on the shelf" I replied
He looked through the shelf finding it
"I'm gonna need this" Alan said putting it in his pocket
He looked over at archer
"And I'm gonna need you because they most likely locked up the house like a fortress" he said
Archer nodded Alan went to a closet and pulled out a mottle rocket and a parachute made out of a plastic bag and sting
''Should I join you guys?" I asked
"No I need you to stay here ok I got this" alan said
"But it could be too dangerous" I replied
"Trust me amber it's my fault ok and I need to do this" he said back
I thought it through before nodding
"Ok but tell me when you made it in and out" i said
"Don't worry I will" he replied
He soon grabbed his bag putting archer and the rocket inside and grabbed the box
"I'll be back" he said
"Ok" i replied
He left going downstairs I looked out the window seeing him sneak out the backyard and into Christy's front yard making sure not to be seen
"Good luck Alan" I said
"I sure hope Alan and archer make it out safely" troglokhan said
"I sure hope so too troglokhan" I replied
I looked out the window seeing the rocket going into the air as i see a little figure go into the chimney
"Haha yes archer got in!" I said excitedly
"That's great" punch-it said
I looked back it took a moment before seeing the window shutters go up and down
"They made it in" I said
Soon all the gorgonites cheered I looked out the window again seeing Alan and Christy escape the house and drive away before seeing commandos drive after
"Oh no" I said
"What's wrong?" slamfist asked
"The commandos are after them" I replied
"Oh no" slamfist replied
"Let's hope they make it out fine" i said
I would sit down on one of our chairs and try to relax making my leg bounce up and down trying to relax soon I felt something on my shoulder I looked over seeing troglokhan
"You ok?" troglokhan asked
"Yeah just a little worried" i replied
"Is it about your brother and our leader?" troglokhan asked
"Yeah I hope they get back soon" I replied
"Don't worry archer is our brave leader he will make sure to get your brother back safe and sound" troglokhan said
I smiled from what he said soon we hear a knock at the door
"I got it" said my dad
I soon hear someone I didn't expect Christy's dad
