Sakura's Journey to Peace

Chapter 7

Sakura acts quickly as Naruto shouts in despair. "K-KAKASHI-SENSEI!" Naruto shouted, with wide eyes. The Demon Brothers appear behind Naruto "The second one.." they said, but before Sasuke could act, Sakura appears behind the demon brothers. "Hey boys." Sakura smirked and kicked them away from Naruto.

Sakura throws a shuriken at the chains which float around and pins it to a tree, Sasuke quickly securing it with a Kunai through the hole of the shuriken. The Demon Brother's chain where stuck to the tree, foolish of them to have it attached to both of them. Sakura stands on their arms and smirks.

"You messed with the wrong Kunoichi." Sakura said jumping up slightly and doing a split kick to their faces, making them fly and they de-attach their chains. "Sasuke! Get that one!" She said, pointing at one of the Demon Brothers, who runs at Tazuna. Sasuke does as such.

Sakura knocks out the one who slashes Naruto's hand and dashes after the one about to Kill Sasuke. She grabs him by the neck and holds him in a headlock and quickly knocked him out. She grabs them both and ties them to a tree with Ninja wire.

Kakashi appears from the trees and greets them. "Yo." He said and Sasuke deadpanned. Naruto looks over at 'Kakashi's Remains' only to see substitution logs. "Sorry I didn't help you right away, Naruto.. I got you hurt." Kakashi said, looking back at him. "I didn't think you'd be incapable of moving.." Kakashi finished, walking to the demon brothers.

He looks at Sasuke. "Anyhow, let me just say, Good Job, Sasuke." He said before turning to Sakura. "Good job Sakura, but next time, Guard Tazuna, You're the kunoichi of the team as-well as our potential medic nin. Its compulsory you don't die." Kakashi said and Sakura raised an eyebrow. "I just saved Naruto and Tazuna's ass. I'm sure I'll be fine." Sakura waved him off, annoyed.

Sasuke calls Naruto a scaredy cat as Sakura stands infront of the now moving Demon Brothers. "What do you want with Tazuna?" She demanded and one of them laughed. "Like we would tell a brat like you." He said and Sakura got out a Kunai, holding it to his throat as his brother looked at it with wide eyes.

She looked at the other worried demon brother. "Tell me what you want with Tazuna and I won't slaughter your brother." She demanded and he hesitated. "We were ordered to kill the bridge builder. Orders from Gato." He said and Kakashi hummed as he stood next to Sakura, turning his gaze to Tazuna.

Naruto shouted at Sasuke and Kakashi told him to stop, because he has poison in his system. Kakashi confronts Tazuna and Sakura got bored, twirling her Kunai in her hand as she took it away from the Demon Brother's neck, making the other one sigh in relief.

She did a few tricks, the Demon Brothers watching curiously. Kakashi goes on and on and on. Naruto stabbed himself and made his pledge and Kurama's other self healed him. They decide to continue the mission, and Kakashi hesitated a lot but agreed with them.

Time skip: 2 days of travel.

They sat in a boat, Sakura getting bored and carving little drawing in the boat, but stopped at the protests of the 'captain' of their boat. Sakura sighed, attaching her Kunai to some ninja wire and throwing it into the ocean, hauling back the ninja wire to reveal a massive fish.

"I found dinner." Sakura said, looking at Tazuna, holding a massive fish. His eyes widen. "Nice catch.." he muttered, bewildered as Sasuke and Naruto looked at her in awe. She hands it to Tazuna who takes it and grunts at the heavy weight.

"I'm surprised you caught it. The fog here makes it so you can't see 5 feet in front of you." Kakashi said and Sakura hummed, smirking as she looked away from them, deactivating her sharingan. "It's just a little.. party trick I learned." Sakura replied.
