|3rd POV|

Tyler and Jason stood face to face in the school hallway with tension in the air. Jason glared straight into the eyes of his feline counterpart.

"How dare you try to steal what is mine," Jason growled lowly while lunging his fist straight into the tiger's face, landing a solid punch.

However, Tyler didn't even flinch in the slightest instead he emotionlessly wiped the red ooze that began to drip from the rim of his lip.

He then instantly retaliated by swiftly striking the stomach of the big wolf with lightning speed, causing him to grunt loudly in pain. A bit of blood spewed out his mouth as he coughed.

The angered wolf lowered himself onto the ground, holding his stomach while rolling in pain. Seems like he was out for this round.

"Ha! Is this supposed to be the great bully everyone here is scared of?" The big cat stated tauntingly.

"Sh-shut up you bastard! I'm not done with you yet!" Jason yelled, spewing out more blood from his mouth as a result.

He got up onto his feet before rushing toward Tyler, catching him by surprise. As a result, the big wolf was able to pin him against the wall but before he could land an attack on the tiger, a voice interrupts their brawl.

"Both of you stop right now!!"

The two beastmen froze before turning to face into direction of the voice to see its source.

Their eyes meet that of a female anthropomorphic cat. Her name was Catalina. She had black and white fur and was quite short and quite attractive.

Her kind and caring nature along with her beauty allowed her to gain popularity in school.

"Why exactly are you two fighting?" She said with a concerned face and a paw on his hip with a raised eyebrow as she exchanged glances between the two men.

"It's none of your business Catalina!" Jason yelled angrily but with a hint of familiarity in his voice.

"Oh come on JJ, you know I'm here to help right?" She crossed her arms.

|Tyler's POV|

Hmm seems like Jason knows this girl. Are they friends? Or more? Could they be a thing?  I have to find out what his relationship is with her.

"Hi there," The feminine voice said, snapping me out of my thoughts. It seems like she was referring to me.

"Oh... um, hey," I replied, carefully analyzing her.

"I'm Catalina and you are?" Hm... Catalina. I've heard the name once or twice but I guess I never got to bump into her until now. Is she new here?

"Tyler," I timidly replied, straight to the point.

"Oh! I know you, you're the guy all the others have been talking about. Nice to meet you." She smiled while I just shrugged. I didn't know my name was being brought around.

"Anyway, since angry wolf over here won't tell me, would you mind telling me why y'all are fighting," She asked inquisitively.

"Well, this huge dumbass over here is trying to steal MY beloved away from me!" I stated with rage, glaring at Jason.
