Kimberly was casually walking minding her business as she was wearing a high waisted dark blue jeans, with a pair of black and white stripes blouse lightweight tied in the front, button up but leave two buttons open as she rolled her sleeves. And paired with some flats. After the meeting with Five at the diner Kimberly decided to make a big decision to make.
' where the hell-- there it is.'
Kimberly saw the phone box as she immediately went up to it start pressing the buttons on it. Waiting for the call, ringing ringing. She tapped her fingers on the phone as she's waiting. About a minute went on till she heard the ringing stopped.
" hello?" AJ on the other line.
" AJ! Good that you picked up the phone. " Kimberly said with relief.
AJ was quite throughout the phone. He can tell some reason something wrong. " Kimberly, what happened? You completed the mission?"
Kimberly press her lips together. She tighten her hands to the phone and to the wire cord of the phone. She didn't realize that it took longer than she expected. " um, yeah I'm still working on it but the reason I called--"
" you don't want to do the mission anymore?" AJ thought about it, on the other line. " look, it's okay if you don't want to do it. "
" no, it's not. It's just--" Kimberly sighed of frustration that she can't spill the words out. First, with the handler about the mission. Then what Five said to her about her past.
AJ on the line spoke. " she gave you a new task has she is?" Kimberly hummed through the phone. AJ sighed with frustration, and slammed his hands on to the table. " she wants you to protect him huh. "
" yeah, but that's not all for what went down here. "
" what is it?"
Kimberly stayed quiet, while holding the phone. " um,... Five knows who I am. And—"
" please tell me there's no more surprises. " AJ said bluntly throughout the phone.
" well, he said he wants me to work with to stop doomsday and he also mentioned... Something about my past. " Kimberly said to him, as she didn't hear nothing on the line.
" what did he say?" AJ spoke curious to know. Kimberly stayed quiet, remembering what Five told her at the diner.
