"I think I'm falling asleep." Piper whispered.
"Kiss yourself goodnight." Rowan giggled.
"You won't need to call out, you're not yourselves. Fall into who you really are." Erwin cooed, but he jumped when a knocking came from the door.
"Someone's... at the door." Leon said with a small laugh.
Erwin excused himself and opened it only to get socked between the eyes.
The others came back out of the spell but couldn't turn to see the action.
"The Kookaburra!" Leon said, but when freed saw it was Sayle, untying Piper next, then Rowan.

"What were we doing?" Rowan rubbed his head.
"Leaving!" Sayle picked him up. "You lead though."
After his composure came back Rowan lead the others out the back window and down into the fields out of town.
"Hold on." Sayle pointed. "We have a hotel just over there. Mum's paid."
"Won't they find that?" Piper asked.
"If they saw our faces." Rowan said.
"His face." She pointed to Sayle.
"We'll have beds." Said Leon.
"You two will."
"You're not gonna make the girl sleep on the floor." Sayle said to Leon.
"I'd rather sleep here, now, then a prepaid hotel." She said.

Sayle didn't give up so Rowan and Piper agreed to stay with them only to help an escape if anyone came after them.

The four of them went over to the Travelol and crammed into the small room, but that sucked so stayed out for a bit.
"Sorry about... getting you kidnapped and that." Said Rowan.
"It's... it's whatever." Sayle shrugged.
Sayle explained what he had seen and got told it was probably inside the computer. Rowan spent so long trying to wrap his head around it he forgot to mention The Kookaburra at all.

"So them stories?" Sayle began. "Timothy, then the coconuts you kept drawing."
"All real."
Rowan showed Sayle and Leon the sky, or how to look at it differently. He sent a small firework up and it hit the top, which was closer then Rowan had ever seen it, he was almost as surprised as the others. It was so low and such a dark, dull night the fireworks seemed a bad idea the more Rowan thought about it.
"And the clocks?" Sayle asked.
"So you're just moving on from that?" Leon pointed.
"No, well- wait! All the stuff dad was on about! All that- that alien and- whatever, is that real?"
"Probably dude."
"Buddy." Sayle chuckled.

"I'm gonna get some sleep." Said Rowan. "Don't stay out too long or we'll have to go save you again." Piper added.
Yes Field- and Amy no way!" He gestured to Piper too. "I'd give it nine years."
Rowan laughed at this because Field and Amy spent nine years together before splitting up, not that Piper or Leon knew which is why they were confused at the laughter.

"Have you met The Kookaburra before?" Piper asked. Her and Rowan were alone in the hotel.
"That's the thing. Maybe. Just because I can't remember doesn't mean I haven't. Like earlier, Erwin has a way into our heads, what if I met her, you too, inside?"
"Or what if we wrote a song about her?"
"I know Pip Pwmpen as well." He said. "I do, I just don't know where from. Or... what he looked like, anything. How do we write a song about something we can't remember?"
Neither of them wanted to sing without an instrument so only wrote lyrics that night, which went like so.

You fell into the sky.
Broken from the fall,
Broken from the fall.
We fell into the sky.
To meet your call,
To meet your call.

They were too vague for their own good. Too afraid to be cringe that their message wouldn't come across.

Sayle and Leon sat in the sorry excuse for a park outside and talked about girls.
"Cas. Now Cas was cool for a bit." Sayle said pridefully. "Then the hassle came. You're lucky you got out from Yasmine buddy, girls are more work then they're worth, trust me."
"Uggghhh." Leon moaned. "She just... I can't... help myself, I really don't help myself."
Sayle jumped up and said, "Hit me."
"What?"
"Hit me." He repeated, now bouncing.
"Like..? Punch you?"
"Yes. I want you to punch me."
And after some convincing Leon hit the boy.
"Ahhaha!" He rubbed his ear. "That really hurt!"
"Well sorry!"
But before Leon knew it Sayle threw his own punch.
"Ow! Dude!" Leon coiled.
"Ey?" Sayle smirked. "Still horny?"
"W-" Leon took a second. "No. Well. Hit me again."
"No you hit me."

After his nose stopped bleeding Sayle and Leon went to bed too, going head to tails on the second bed.

Sleeps spell took the four and by the morning everyone was ready to do something, just not to plan what that thing was.
