I get into my car and start driving away from the airport parking lot. I just let Rebecca Wade slip through my fingers once again. God, she was worth fighting for. I should have at least tried to keep her here. I imagine her sitting next to me singing along with the radio, badly. I smile at this, now distant, memory of her. With that, I turn on the radio and the song that happens to be playing is See You Again by Wiz Khalifa was just starting to play. I couldn't help my self from singing along.

"It's been a long day, without you, my friend. And I'll tell you all about when I see you again. We've come a long way from where we began. Oh, I'll tell you all about it when I see you again,"

My eyes had started to water at this point. Thinking about Becca leaving was too hard. I shut off the radio and drove the rest of way home in solemn silence.

Two Weeks Later

I wake up that morning with a heavy feeling in my chest. It had been two weeks since Becca's departure. I walk down stairs and start to eat breakfast. I run my hands through my messy hair attempting to fix it. Everything seemed dull without Becca around. My friends tried to help, but I can't seem to get over her. I can't tell if it was because she was my childhood dream girl or the fact that she was my first real girlfriend. I think back to our first kiss as I stir my cereal drowned in milk. God, she was so pretty and funny, I miss having her around. I remember running my hands through her gorgeous long blonde hair.

Then the door bell rang.

I get up to open the door and my jaw drops to the floor when I saw who was behind it.

"Miss me, babe?" Rebecca Wade says as she pull me a long needed kiss. I shut the door behind her without breaking apart. I bring my hands to her cheeks and she puts her hands around the base of my neck.

"I love you," I say to her when we finally break away.

"I love you, too,"
