"Our Friendship will rewrite by stars

for the last time and this is my only wish."

---

2008, Senior High.

This is not a typical story but as it proceeds, my story will be starting with me getting late for my class.

I recklessly rush to the nearest bus stop hoping na sana may maabutan ako doon. Dahil kung hindi, I'll be going to waste another 30 minutes waiting for another bus.

But as always divined, the bad side was on me. The bus was already gone and I'm doomed.

I cursed to myself. Napaupo nalang ako sa shed sa sobrang lugmok. "Papasok pa b-"

"Ayumi, Are you just going to sit there?" A familiar voice just came. Inangat ko ang ulo ko and I saw this annoying friend of mine and his always dala dalang bike. It's Reiji.

Reiji, That friend na sobrang adik sa pag aaral. The one na laging nakatambay sa Library and someone who rescues us from our assignments. His parents are both doctors. Perhaps that's why sobrang talino ng lalakeng 'to. Also, a rich friend who doesn't think he is.

"Sabay na tayo. Hop in!" He smiled.

I just darted at him with my tired face. "Are you insane? I'm not going to ride your bike. Everyone will certainly stare at us!" Ever since I and Reiji are always being teased by our friends and classmates. Telling us that we should be together or even insisting that we like each other because of how close we are. Pero wala talaga akong gusto sa mo kong na yan. He's just a chum to me and that's also what he sees in me. Kaya riding together on his bike was a total no-no.

"Oh well, then it's your choice. Bahala kang malate." Tumalikod na siya at aakma ng aalis but I abruptly stopped him.

That's it? Hindi man lang niya ko pipilitin? Wala talagang puso 'tong lalakeng 'to.

"Wait- ito na aangkas na!" I awkwardly sit behind his back. If only I don't give a damn about being absent and late, hindi ako sasabay sa badtrip na lalakeng ito.

He did not respond. But I can perceive that he smiled devilishly as he always does. I just rolled my eyes as he starts to pedal his bike.

As I'm expecting, they were all looking at us once we got arrived from our class. "Oh, andyan na pala si Reiji at Ayumi eh." Bungad sa amin ni Hiro.

Hiro, That humorous friend na walang ibang ginawa kung hindi ang mag joke at mang asar. He's also a swimmer athlete. A friend na gwapong gwapo sa sarili and also that one na mahilig magpalibre.

"Did you go on a date?" He proceeded with. You can breathe in na may pang aasar sa boses niya.

"Who has time to date this kinda early? And for the million time, stop poking fun at us!" I replied.

Maeko chuckled. "Ito naman, as if you don't know Hiro. He's only joking around. You surely sound defensive, Ayumi."

Maeko, That brutally honest friend. Yet this time, what she said to me was wrong because I'm not defensive. She's the most realest friend that I know but also, the scariest one because she will absolutely slap you with words every time you're being stupid.

"Why just admit to us that something is going on between you guys? Akala ko ba kaibigan niyo kami? Akala ko ba-" Yuka's about to cry.

Yuka, That emotional friend that always cries about everything. She's also the youngest in our group. The one who is an 'only child' that's why she's kinda spoiled by her parents. Also a rich friend like Reiji. She overreacts about everything too.
