8- Boredom

It's a Saturday and Kuina and Yuji don't have training. Kuina wakes up to the sound of her phone buzzing next to her as she sits up. She looks over at Yuji who she's been sharing a room with in Satoru's apartment for the past few weeks. Kuina grabs her phone as she puts her glasses on and she reads the caller ID.

Nobara <3

Kuina picks up the phone as she puts it to her ear.

K: Hey Nobara.
N: Do you have training with Gojo-sensei today?
K: No, not today. Why?
N: Cool. Megumi and I are going shopping cos we've got this sport event coming up with school and I wanna get some cute new outfits, so do you wanna come?
K: I guess. I'll meet you at the vending machines at the bus station near the school. You know the one with all the construction that's going on.
N: Cool. We'll see you there then.

Kuina takes the phone from her ear as she hangs up the call. Kuina gets out of bed as she starts to make her bed as Yuji wakes up from across the room.

"What're you doing up this early? How're you not drained of energy from all of the training?" Yuji asks as he looks over at her.

"Satoru has been training me since I was five, I don't get tired from his training anymore. And I'm going to meet Nobara and Megumi. We're off shopping I think. Do you want me to bring you anything back?" Kuina asks as she looks over at him.

"I'm going to go back to sleep but some more snacks would do. Oh and some more games for us to play since we keep on getting bored. Anything else that you think I'd like you can grab too" Yuji says with a small smile as he pulls the sheet over him more.

"Will do" Kuina says with a smile, "sleep well Yuji".

Kuina walks out of the room as she goes to her wardrobe and she decides what she wants to wear for the day. She decides on a light blue long sleeved shirt, a navy blue knitted sleeveless slipover, a pair of black denim jeans paired with a black leather belt, some cream slip on shoes and a brown suede zip up coat. Kuina grabs her bag with her money and her keys as she leaves the apartment. She waits at the bus stop for a few minutes before the buss arrives.

Kuina arrives at the bus stop outside of Jujutsu High as she spots Nobara and Megumi stood waiting by the vending machines.

"Kuina, hi" Megumi says as Kuina walks over.

"Couldn't they have put in a few more vending machines?" Nobara complains as she grabs her drink from the machine.

"They can't. There are only so many workers who come in here" Megumi says as he looks at Nobara.

"Is that you, Kuina? Aren't you banned from being within the perimeters of Jujutsu High?" Kuina hears an all too familiar voice say as she turns around to see three students from Kyoto Jujutsu High, Mai, Todo and Kamo.

"Long time no see Kamo. How's the family?" Kuina asks as Kamo tenses up, "what are you doing here anyways?".

"You not gonna call me Zenin-senpai?" Mai asks sweetly.

"Oh, she's one too? They do seem familiar. Are they sisters?" Nobara asks as she looks at Mai.

"They're twins. Though I only like Maki-senpai" Kuina says as she folds her arms.

"Don't call me that Kuina. You make me sound the same as Maki. Call me Mai, sweetheart" Mai says as she looks at Nobara.

"Call her the she-devil" Kuina says as she looks back at Nobara.

"So you don't get along with many people then" Nobara says as she looks at Kuina.

"The only person she can stand amongst those at Kyoto Jujutsu Tech is Todo" Megumi informs Nobara.
