It had been a little while since the team's encounter with the cannibalistic killer Floyd Feylinn Ferell and not much had happened. Aurora and Aaron had been together practically every hour of the day, whenever they were not together with the team they were at Aurora's mansion drinking champagne and dancing in the kitchen.
On the morning of January 31st Aurora had woken up alone for the first time in months -her bed almost felt too large and all-consuming. She decided she had to get up that day and dragged herself out of the bed and began to get herself ready for a long day at the BAU - paperwork day. She wore high waisted black trousers and a grey - green shirt with black boots and a black handbag, she didn't typically wear high waisted trousers however today was special - the BAU just didn't know it yet.

When she arrived at the office - coffee in hand - Aaron was working with his door closed ad his blinds open, the picture of beautiful torture. She took her seat by her desk with a smile and began logging in to her computer when her phone buzzed on the desk

Aurora bit back a smile and quickly typed her response

I'm already here - I'm logging into the system now
a few moments later Nicholas - the director of the FBI - walked down the stairs in the bullpen holding a white box with pink ribbon around it . Aaron began following Nicholas with his eyes until he reached Aurora's desk - that is wen Aaron stood up and began to walk down the stairs to the bullpen and stopping by Aurora's desk as well
"open the box then miss Angelle" Nicholas said placing the bag right in front of her "and congratulations - the world's first ubermodel"
"what!" Aaron said with a smile stretching across his face "Rori, that is amazing why didn't you tell me!"
"it's really not that big of a deal !" she said untying the pink satin surrounding the box - eyes fixed to the bow with a bright sparkle in her eyes
"Aurora don't be so brazen - you are everything you and your mother aspired to be!" Nicholas said as the bow came undone, "you're amazing Maria, don't ever forget that"
the box fell open to reveal a small white cake with pink frosting decorating it and on top -the best of all - a picture in sugar paper of her and her mother backstage at the first Victoria's secret runway they did together "she would be so proud of everything you have achieved Rori, I hope you know that"
"Nicholas" Aurora's voice shook as tears filled her eyes "thank you, you really didn't have to do this"
"come here princess" Nicholas said with an incredulous smile as he held his arms open beckoning her for hug "you deserve the world Aurora Love Marie Angelle, this is just for old time's sake" he said as he kissed her forehead and looked into her eyes
