Chapter 10

The door opens as I sit there quietly.

"Chris, just go.."

"I'm definitely not Chris-"

"Oh Matt-"

"Wait are you alright?"

"Oh uh yeah I'm okay.."

I had just gone on a date with Matt and I just kissed Chris.. I felt like a terrible person. Matt is so loving and I just fucking made out with his brother..

"Shelby? Are you actually okay? You seem off."

I take a deep breath and tell Matt the truth.

"Uhm.. Chris just kissed me and I didn't know what to do.."

Matt's eyes filled with anger.

"Oh my fucking God. Im going to kill him."

"Matt- oh my god Matt!"

Matt walked out of his room and into Chris's room.

"What the actual fuck."

"What? What did I do?"

"Your an asshole. You know that. Making Out with Shelby when you know that I like her. What the fuck is your problem!?"

"Matt.."

I stepped in front of him.

"Matt let's go.."

We stepped back into Matt's room when he turned to me.

"Do you like Chris?"

Matt looked like he wanted to cry. Way to crush my heart.

"No. No. It was just the night got ahead of me and Chris was randomly being nice."

I put my hand on his cheek.

"I promise, I don't want Chris. You can have him."

Matt chuckles.

I kiss Matt and he wraps his arms around me.

"Now don't beat the fuck out of Chris. I'll avoid him if you want me to."

"No- don't do that-"

"I'm going to anyways."

Just as I had promised Matt, I kept as much distance from Chris as possible. I stayed around Matt as much a possible also. I'm not gonna lie, I still think I have a feeling for Chris..
