"mate just tell her, it's not that dee-" I stopped my brother talking for a second before speaking up myself.

"yeah well, she's unpacking rn and can't talk"

"then do it later? god you're slow" Jobe rolled his eyes

"she seems to be in a mood, she was texting really dryly" I stated calmly staring at the floor as I watched my brother avert his gaze back to the screen with the controller in his hand.

"wonder why" I could hear him kiss his teeth.

"yeah but how could she be mad at me? she doesn't even know about this whole situation." I muttered, but loud enough for him to hear.

"oh really now" He just laughed shaking his head

"what do you me-"

"you really think Lana's just going to ignore her curiosity and just forget about the aaliyah thing at my game and not try and find out anything about her?" Jobe said
"and you're supposed to know her more than me.."

"Well, that's what i've been thinking. but how would she find anything about aaliyah? she doesn't even KNOW HER NAME JOBE" I remarked

"to Lana, aaliyah is "the girl who spoke to me at jobe's game" i finished.

"and lana's not stupid, trust me she's smarter than you'll ever be. she probably already knows about daisy" Jobe replied.

"that's exactly what bukayo said" I murmured.

"and he's right."

"Jude i've really had enough, i'm your mother and I know exactly what's best for you, and I say you open that phone right now and tell Lana everything, and warn her about Daisy's toxicity!"

"but-"

"No, no and no. i'm not going to hear you out again jude. You leave for Germany in 2 days, before then you will and this is not up for discussion. I mean it, you WILL tell Lana everything and if not, you best believe i'll tell her everything and trust me it won't end well if she hears it from me first."
